V	Vivek Vikani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Good rentals available at a decent prize. The slopes are good too. The changing room and locker facilities are good.
R	Rufus Starbuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maiko is great resort for a day out. It has a good mix of terrain that will have something to suit most people. The resort is split into two sides connected with a horizontal chairlift. One side has the Maiko Kogen Hotel and the terrain park, the other has the ski center, long gondola and access to some of the steeper runs. It is a very good resort for beginners as some of the runs are very gentle.
J	Janet Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities and very big ski resort. But the chairlifts leading to all areas are very confusing. If you don't know Japanese it might be a bit hard to get around. Definitely carry one of those maps! The Park area is a bit smaller than I would have imagined, but the tracks higher up are very enjoyable!
ち	ちょういいこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reasonably well equipped place for day trippers though could be better. The day centre is right next to the slopes though so right after changing you can immediately get on a lift to the slopes. They do also have a shower/onsen which I've never tried before so far and they do have a shop selling essentials but not a lot. Food-wise seems to be lacking but that might be just me. Convenient bus stop right outside the day centre which takes you back to Echigo Yuzawa Station.
R	Ram Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent slopes, not a lot of difficult areas so very beginner friendly. The rewort gets quite crowded though. On a powder day, it would have decent tree runs
S	Shane Stratton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the resort is not huge but we had some great runs and the staff were very helpful and friendly , we brought a multi day pass on day 2 my daughter was sick so we didn’t snowboard they refunded the money in cash , we were stuck one day and they even drive us back to our hotel 15 min away , facilities were very good and snow was great

H	Hollen Kurotaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it so much last year we bought season passes this year. Taking the gondola to the top is denitly the way to go. There's two restaurants and course for all skill levels, and a 6 kilometer course that leads back to the bottom. Best of all plenty of places to carve your own trails in the trees.
