★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは「家系」ラーメン店です。しょっぱくて脂が強いのが基本で、ラーメンをオカズに白飯を喰らうのが定番スタイル。ここでラーメンしょっぱいとか油ギトギトとか言ってる人はうどん屋でパスタ注文するようなもんですよ(笑)
こちらは券売機で食券購入してから席に案内されるスタイル。
卓上調味料は種類が豊富！刻み生タマネギやショウガが美味しかった。
今回はフツーにラーメンを注文。麺の硬さ、味の濃さ、脂の量が選べます。前回名取店で味濃いめにしてめっちゃしょっぱかったので、今日は全てノーマルでオーダー。本物の家系フリークはそのしょっぱさが堪らないんでしょうね。すげー。
結果、美味しかったです。味の濃さで米が進む～！！！ですが私には脂が強すぎたようなので、次回は少なめにしてみようかな。二郎系の脂の質とまた違うんですよね～家系。

This time I ordered ramen from Futu. You can choose the hardness of the noodles, the strength of the taste, and the amount of fat. Last time at the Natori store, it was very salty with a strong taste, so today I ordered everything in normal. Real family freaks can't stand the saltiness. Awesome.
As a result, it was delicious. Rice advances with the strength of the taste! !! !! However, it seems that the fat was too strong for me, so I'll try to reduce it next time. It's different from the quality of Jiro's fat, isn't it?

（オール普通）を注文
麺は家系にありがちな
ストレート中太メン
するする入って美味しい
スープは
塩の方が
豚骨臭さも味も醤油に比べて
マイルドに感じ
醤油は味が濃いので
やっぱり白ごはんやねーと
思いつつ
そこまで胃が追いつかないので
すんなりあきらめましたが、
スープ自体美味しい
次回こそは
白ごはんとキューちゃんをのりで巻いてたべるぞ?
唐揚げもしょうゆ仕込の
揚げたてアツアツ

チャーハンもうまい
また機会があったら来店したい

味噌、塩、つけ麺色々食べましたがどれも劣らずとても評価が高いです。
ですが、完まく(スープまで飲み干すこと)をした際に、大きい声でみんなに聞こえるように言われるのが恥ずかしく、店員が見ていない隙を見計らい飲み干して急いで帰るのがいつもの事です。
ですのでもちろんスタンプも溜まりません、仕方の無いことなのかもしれませんが、どうにかして欲しいです。
店員さんの声がけがとてもいいのですが、「麺上がりまーす、いってきまーす」みたいな掛け声でとても笑ってしまい集中できません。
そこだけ無くして欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系、この店で初めて食べました。麺の固さ、油の量、味の濃さを選んで注文出来ます。正直味の方は、あまり期待しないで注文してみましたが、旨かったです。さっぱり旨い系が好きなのですが、少し癖になり たまに食べに行ってます。店の雰囲気は、店員さんの一生懸命さが伝わってきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ皆さん本当に素敵な笑顔で接客していて楽しく食事出来ました。ラーメンも中太麺で美味しい。味や麺の硬さ、油の量は自分好みに頼めます。子供にも優しいし最高です。でもお子様セットの飲み物がりんごしか選べないので、できたら選べるようにして頂けると助かります。(私の娘はりんごジュースを飲むとお腹を下してしまう為飲めません)

However, since you can only choose apples for children's set drinks, it would be helpful if you could choose them if possible. (My daughter can't drink apple juice because she gets hungry)

名取の家系が食べれたので入店しました。が。こちら確かにしょっぱかったです??

他の方の口コミにも有りましたように、そもそも器が小さい名取店では気になりませんでしたが…
そう思うと価格も高く感じてきました。
同じ家系でもこんなにも味が違うのか??
作る方が違えば味も変わって当たりまえ～ってことなの？
そもそも職人が精魂混めて作ってるんじゃないんですから～ってことでしょうか？
そう考えると何だか??
ラーメン店選びも難しいですね?
そう思う自分のような人は、このような類いのラーメン店に入ってはダメ?なんだと、つくづく思いました。

スープがかなりドロドロで味は濃い目です。
なので好みは分かれると思います。
卓上に無料の刻み玉ねぎがあります。
