県外に住んでいるので3ヶ月振りに来店しました。やはりこちらのつけ汁の粘度、味の奥深さは素晴らしいです!!麺も見た目より力強さがあり、食べごたえがありますよ?

ひとくちめは薄味？と言う印象でしたが、しっかりと出汁がでているので食べ終わる頃にはとっても満足感あります。

つけ汁は熱くも冷たくもない温い感じ。冷たい麺をつけて食べていくとすぐ冷める。結構ボリュームがあるので食べてて飽きてくる。薬味が欲しい。ネギはちょっと乗ってたけどさ。味は悪くないのでもう少し何か工夫があるといいかなあ。割スープあったらいいな。
風が強かった日だったせいなのか、炒め物の煙が店内にぶわーっと。エアコンの風に乗ってぶわーっと。換気の取り回し悪いの？
服にニオイ付くので勘弁して。
I ate tsukemen.
The soup is warm and neither hot nor cold. As soon as you eat it with cold noodles, it cools down. It's quite voluminous, so I get tired of eating it. I want condiments. I was riding a little green onion, though. The taste is not bad, so I hope there is something more ingenuity. I wish I had a split soup.
Perhaps because it was a windy day, the smoke of stir-fried food blew into the store. Riding on the wind of the air conditioner. Is the ventilation poor?
Please forgive me because it smells on my clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年50杯目、今日の麺活は柴田町にあるサンシャインさんに伺いました。昼時でしたが待ち時間無く入店出来ました。口コミ見て、濃厚系が美味しそうだったので濃厚ラーメン850円(食券は限定B)を注文しました。ワンオペだったので時間はかかり気味です。10分程度でご対麺。見た目、びっくりする程のドロドロで、麺活史上１位の粘度です。
ドロドロのスープを一口頂くと、ビックリする位にぬるかったです。味の方は、エビがほのかに香る程度で、口には合わなかったです。麺も極細ストレート麺で、ちょっとスープには合わない感じでした。味変したいにもカウンターには何もないのでひたすら水を飲むしか出来ずちょっと苦戦しました。
ニンニクとかが加えられたら美味しくなるかと思いますし、せめてブラックペッパーやホワイトペッパーやガーリックペッパーなどは置いてて欲しいと思いました。
For the 50th cup in 2021, I asked Mr. Sunshine in Shibata-cho about today's noodle activities. It was noon, but I was able to enter the store without waiting. Looking at the word-of-mouth, the rich ramen seemed to be delicious, so I ordered a rich ramen for 850 yen (limited meal ticket B). It was a one-operation operation, so it will take some time. It takes about 10 minutes to make noodles. It looks surprisingly muddy and has the highest viscosity in the history of noodle activity.
When I got a bite of muddy soup, it was so slimy that I was surprised. As for the taste, the shrimp had a faint scent, and it didn't taste good. The noodles were also very fine straight noodles, and it didn't seem to go well with the soup. Even though I wanted to change the taste, there was nothing on the counter, so I could only drink water and had a hard time.
I think it would be delicious if garlic was added, and at least I wanted black pepper, white pepper, garlic pepper, etc. to be left.

券売機に「オススメ」とあったG1 塩ラーメン頂きました。当方、塩よりは味噌や醤油とかの方が好みなんですが、初めて食べるお店はオススメを選びたいので注文しました。これは中々美味しかったです。太麺細麺選択で太麺選択しました。あっさりしつつも濃厚で麺も太麺のしっかりした食感。塩は味がおさえ目になることが多いと思いますが、こちらは「塩より濃く、醤油よりあっさり」を産み出して濃い味好きな私も満足です。醤油好きな人もこの塩ラーメンなら文句なしかも。
日曜日。お昼過ぎ、13:30分頃来店。競馬の写真が多く貼られている。「G1」ってそう言う意味ね。小綺麗な黒の囲いカウンター席のみ。当日閉店は16:00でしたが、14:00前には「スープなくなりました」と入り口に貼られてました

I received the G1 salt ramen that was "recommended" at the ticket vending machine. I prefer miso and soy sauce to salt, but I ordered it because I want to recommend the restaurant I eat for the first time. This was delicious. Thick noodles I chose thick noodles in thin noodles selection. Light but rich, the noodles have a firm texture. I think that the taste of salt is often suppressed, but I am also satisfied with the strong taste that produces "thicker than salt and lighter than soy sauce". People who like soy sauce will not complain about this salt ramen.
Sunday. After noon, I came to the store around 13:30. Many pictures of horse racing are posted. "G1" means that. Only a beautiful black fence counter seat. The store closed at 16:00 on the day, but before 14:00, it was posted at the entrance saying "Soup is gone".

たまに限定で出ているローカパーラーメンが旨すぎる。
