先生は最近の病気を知らない、、患者の話を雑に聞き検査して胃の薬出して終了。
病院だから混むと思って行ったら待合室ガラガラ。理由はよく分かった。

まず、声が小さくモゴモゴ話すので何を言っているのやらさっぱり理解できません。「患者に分かってもらう」つもりがないとしか思えません。質問しても「分からない」の一点張り。加えて、患者に寄り添う姿勢も見られず（不安になるようなことを平気で言う）、なんとも不快な診療でした。臨床医に不可欠なコミュニケーション能力と患者への思いやりが決定的に欠けています。なんで開業したんでしょう？
また売上を増やすためなのか、検査が大変お好きなようです。しかし上記のようなコミュニケーションですので、患者が得られる情報はほとんどありません。ご自慢の内視鏡も、写真を見せながらモゴモゴつぶやいているだけで、どこがどうなっているのかさっぱり理解できませんでした。
血液検査もいくつかの項目が「異常」とされていたのですが、「異常」と指摘するだけで、追加の問診もなければ、考えられる原因の説明もありませんでした。なんのための血液検査なのでしょう？説明するのが面倒なんでしょうね。
処方薬についての説明も不十分。なぜその薬が必要なのか、簡単な説明すらありませんでした。
私は二度と行きません（仮名ですが実体験です）。

Some items in the blood test were also considered “abnormal”, but simply pointing out “abnormal”, there was no additional interview and no explanation of possible causes. What is the blood test for? I guess it ’s too much to explain.
Insufficient explanation of prescription drugs. There wasn't even a simple explanation of why the drug was needed.
I will never go again (a pseudonym but a real experience).

内視鏡の腕には自信がある先生らしいです。もはや大先生。ゴッドです。
診断結果は傾聴の力を試され、消化器内科なのに聴覚検査を合わせて実施されるようです。聞き直すのは御法度。先生がイライラされて聴覚問題が難化します。これは私が大人気なかったせいでしょうね。
内視鏡で下剤の好き嫌いはいけません。「他のところで受けたら？」と機嫌を損ねられます。最近流行りの忖度が患者に求められます。
大変お世話になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラを行いましたが、鎮静かけていただき寝ている間に終わりました。鎮静の薬剤も先生に打っていただきましたが、痛みもほとんどなく上手でした。
今は説遇うんぬん言われる時代ですが、腕は確かだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜駅で吐き気をもよおし検索して出てきたので受信しました。2時過ぎの空き時間に3時から開くのを病院前で待たせて貰おうと思いました。
受付の方が気付いて中に入れて待たせてもらうことが出来ました。気持ちが悪かったので大変助かりました。少し早めに診察してもらえるかどうか聞きに行ってくださいました。たいへん親切な病院でありがたかったです。

受診の為先ずTELするも「今忙しいから…」と切られた。びっくりする対応。多分院長だろうと思われる。忙しくて対応できないなら診療中に医者が電話に出るなよ。しかも医者が電話に出てその対応。スタッフがいないのか？そんなに忙しいのかと考えたりしながら気を取り直して直接来院するも、そんなに混んでいないのに受付はバタバタ騒々しい。白衣を着た院長らしきお爺さんが受付に座り込みPCと睨めっこ。その隣で事務員は迷惑そうな顔で爺さんを眺めてる。何ともおかしな光景。
とにかくすぐに胃カメラをしたかったのでお願いしたが、診察では先ず保険証から職業を調べ、他の口コミにも書いていた通り個人情報を探り、聞きたがる。診療内容はモゴモゴ何を言ってるかわからない。
しかも診察室には何か分からない薬のシートがゴロゴロ転がり、さらに酒瓶も。
我慢して胃カメラ。とにかく下手。機材も古そう。内視鏡室も汚い。
二度と行くまい。最近は腕も良く、最新設備の整った清潔なクリニックは他にいくらでもある。わざわざここを選んだ事を後悔。
口コミに院長が個人を特定して返信している内容を見たが、それも怖い。

Anyway, I asked for a gastrocamera immediately, but at the medical examination, I first looked up the occupation from the insurance card, and as I wrote in other reviews, I wanted to search for and ask for personal information. I don't know what the medical treatment is saying.
What's more, in the examination room, a sheet of medicine that I don't understand rolls around, and there is also a liquor bottle.
Be patient with the gastrocamera. Anyway, I'm not good at it. The equipment seems to be old. The endoscope room is also dirty.
I won't go again. There are plenty of other clean clinics with the latest equipment and good skills these days. I regret having chosen this place.

予約を取ったあと、今まで行ったことのない病院なので口コミを検索。するとあまり良くない口コミがいくつかあり、ちょっと不安になりましたが、ワクチン打つだけなので大丈夫かな、と思って行きましたが・・・
とても感じの良い病院でしたよ！
あまりにも口コミと違う。院内もきれいだし、先生も若々しいし、受付の方も感じ良いし。一体あの口コミは何だったんだろうと思ったくらい。
自分の目で確認しないと何事もわかりませんね。
待合室では先生が担当した内視鏡検査の様子などを放映していて、わかりやすい説明がされていましたよ。
