冷ケースにはスイーツがいっぱい並んでいるけど、時間が遅かったからかシュークリームは完売。もう少し早い時間に行ったほうがいいかな。
購入したのは、バスクチーズ。
「なにこれ美味しい！」というのが、最初の印象。
濃厚でしっとりしたやわらかい食感のチーズケーキで、甘すぎずしつこくないバランス。上品なクリーム、焼き色のついたキャラメルの香ばしさと、全体のバランスが見事です。
ちょっと小さめかな？と最初は思ったけど、満足感は十分ですね。

A rich, moist and soft cheesecake with a balance that is neither too sweet nor persistent. The balance between the elegant cream and the aroma of the browned caramel is wonderful.
Is it a little small? At first I thought, but the satisfaction is enough.
