It's really delicious. Originally I love German sweets, but I became a big fan of Koshimoto-san's various Lebkuchens as a gift from my family. I felt like I wanted to monopolize it without dividing it into anyone. (Laughs) After all, I eat separately from my family. Please continue to make delicious sweets! I'm counting on you! Thank you! ^^) / Smile.

It's German (probably) different from French sweets, and I love it. 1000 yen I often buy pound cake-like cakes with a little dried fruit. It seems that the chocolate taste of this is not done in the summer.

Buy delicious cakes and baked goods. I could feel the wind of Switzerland and Germany. I've never been there ...

After trying various things, it is expected that the evaluation will be corrected. I've always liked German, Swiss and Austrian sweets, and I've been to the neighborhood so I was looking forward to it. I have already received some masterpieces, but I still can't find the hits I want to repeat. The inside of the store has a delicious scent of spices that is unique to this kind of candy store, so you will be disappointed as much as you would expect. Perhaps because it is made to last for a long time, all sponges are dry, and if you are aiming for it and that is the correct answer, it is okay. I personally think that dryness and crispness are different things. By the way, it should be strange that the deterioration of the cream when it is kept for a long time is not taken into consideration. Sure enough, I don't think the cream type has a bad flavor and doesn't repeat. The same is true of the butter cream that I ate last time. I'm worried that the clerk always seems to be troublesome without a smile. Isn't the top of the Buddha for sweets sale only for customers who want it for Buddhist affairs? At that point, I don't feel like going again or having fun eating a delicious cake.

A German-Swiss confectionery store that is rare in Tokyo. When I usually eat French sweets as a base, Germany and Switzerland have unique uses of spices and nuts and are not suitable for children, but they are fresh and tasty except for adults. It is also good that it is not too sweet overall.

My childhood friend M from New York had grandparents from Germany. So naturally, whenever I visited their large house with a huge garden like a small park, her mother had baked countless tasty sweets for afternoon tea and supper. You can imagine my joy when one of my friends told me about Koshimoto in Toritsukasei. Yes, their baked goods are full of spice and wonderful aroma. If you're missing sweets from Germany and Switzerland, just hop into this shop!

I love this local cake shop KOSHIMOTO. The patisser's recipes are from Switzerland and Germany. It's slightly vintage atomosher and selling cakes which are unique spices taste & presentation. The shop is 5 mins walk from toritsukasei st. :))
