N	Nancy Ayako Yamazaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々食べてみて、評価の訂正が有る見込み。ドイツやスイス、オーストリアのお菓子が元々好みで、近所に越してきたので楽しみにしていました。代表作やら、既に幾つか頂戴していますが未だリピートしたいヒット作には出会えません。店内はこの手のお菓子屋さんならではの、スパイスの美味しそうな香りが漂っているので期待してしまう分、ガッカリ感も強い。日持ちする作りだからなのか、スポンジ系はどれもパサパサで、もしも狙っていて、それが正解ならば良しといったところですが、パサパサと、サックリは別物だと個人的には思っています。因みに、日持ちさせる場合のクリームの劣化を考慮していない事が不思議に思えてならない。案の定、生クリーム系は風味も悪くリピートしないと思う。前回食べたバタークリーム系も然り。店員さんがいつも笑顔もなく面倒くさそうなのが気になります。スウィーツ販売での仏頂面は仏事用にご所望のお客様の時だけで良いのではないでしょうか？その時点で、また行こうとか、美味しいケーキを食べて楽しい、といった気分にはなりません。 After trying various things, it is expected that the evaluation will be corrected.
