特に自分用は このブランド。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2から2.5 頂き物で初めて｢ル・ショコラ・クラシック｣とブランド名だけは存じ上げていたロイスダールに出逢いました。
パッケージからは期待したんですけど、なんか素材を生かしきれていない感じがして、もう少し、カカオの風味が引き立てられていても良いのに、なんか勿体ないと感じました。
自分でこういったチョコレートケーキを作った時は、もっとしっとりして、原材料もコーンスターチや水飴などに頼らず、バターもクーベルチョコも普通に惜しみ無く使って全然ずっと良かったと思い返すと、残念な感じ。原材料も、よく見ると力が入ってないんじゃ？
とりあえず、製菓用ブランデーと喜界島の粗ザラメを皿の上で軽く混ぜて、ショコラを全体的に少しまぶし浸したら、風味は増しましたが、自分では買わないなぁ。
