ヒ	ヒサビン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんたちは親切で基本客本位だと思う。しかし狭い。狭いけどイヤな感じではないと思う。しかし入口のガードマンさん。立ち位置があまりにも自分本位だと思いません？ I think the clerk is kind and basic customer-oriented. But narrow. It's small but I don't think it's unpleasant. However, the guard at the entrance. Don't you think your standing position is too selfish?
T	T Hochrosen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scan＆Goが導入されて以来、このシステムを利用しています。随時、購入金額が確認できて、その点は大変よいと感じます。ただ、店舗設備は以前のままで中途導入したためか、専用通路と言えるものがなく、精算後、通常レジで精算をしている他のお客の後ろを通してもらってサッカー台へと向かうしか方法がありません。レジ通路は人一人分程度の幅しかなく、思いもかけない通行人（私）に、清算待ちのお客さんから、怪訝な目を向けられる事もあります。次に、色分けされた専用かごを使うようになっている点。通常レジ使用と間違えがないように、Scan&Go専用ですというスタンドがカゴの中に置かれているため、それを一旦どかしてからカゴを取る（そしてスタンドを戻す）という一連の手間で、両手を使う必要が生まれ、入店の流れが滞る原因になります。システム導入したことは評価できるものの、もう少しスマートに利用できるよう改善を強く望みます。せめてあのスタンドは外しておいて頂きたい。カゴをさっと取って先に進むことが出来ないので。 We have been using this system since Scan & Go was introduced. I can check the purchase price at any time, and I feel that this is very good. However, probably because the store equipment was introduced halfway as before, there is no such thing as a dedicated aisle, and after payment, there is no other way but to go behind the other customers who are usually paying at the cash register and head to the bagger. The aisle is only about the width of one person, and unexpected passers-by (I) may be suspicious of customers waiting for liquidation. Secondly, we are using a special color-coded basket. A stand dedicated to Scan & Go is placed in the basket so that it is not mistaken for using a normal cash register, so you can use both hands in a series of troubles of removing it and then removing the basket (and returning the stand). It creates a need and causes a delay in the flow of entry. Although we can appreciate the introduction of the system, we strongly hope that it will be improved so that it can be used a little smarter. I would like you to remove that stand at least. Because I can't take the basket quickly and move on.
