ラキア不動産の吉田様からお電話を頂き、条件に合うお部屋を探してくれました。
地方に住んでいてコロナ禍で大阪に行けないこともあり、お電話とメール、リモートでの対応をして下さいました。
丁寧な説明とリモート後に部屋の動画を送ってくれて、部屋の詳細を見返すこともでき、無事部屋を決める事ができました。
今回、引っ越し準備で息子と大阪に行った際も、最寄りの駅まで案内して下さったり、鍵のトラブルで連絡した時も早急に管理会社に連絡対応して下さり、とても感謝しています。

物件探しから入居希望日まで2週間程しかありませんでしたが、短い時間の中でたくさん相談に乗っていただき、無事希望に合った部屋を見つけることができました。
大阪に住むのははじめてで不安もありましたが、街の雰囲気など細かく教えてくださったため住んだときのイメージがしやすかったです。
