★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術はスゴく早いけど、まだ麻酔も完全に効く前から始められて痛いとも言えず。ホントにすぐ終えたから耐えれたけど早いだけが売りのようで、せめて麻酔が効くまでは待ってほしかった

「肝斑です。フォトレーザーコースをオススメします」と言われました。10回コースとなると高額の為、その日は契約せず帰宅しました。
セカンドオピニオンとして、関西で有名な形成外科の先生に診てもらったのですが、肝斑ではなく後天性真皮メラノサイトーシス(ADM)というアザの一種と診断されました。また、こことは別の皮膚科でも診てもらいましたが同様の診断名でした。
ソノクリニックでは、肌は最初の5秒ほど診ただけで、今までかかったクリニックで何と診断されたのか聞いてきたり、自分の所見に自信がないのかな...と感じてしまいました。
結果的にADMはすっかり治ってシミのない綺麗な肌になりましたが、こちらでフォトレーザーを契約していたら、今もまだ悩んでいただろうなと思います。。

At the Sono Clinic, I just examined the skin for the first 5 seconds, and then I asked what I was diagnosed at in the clinic I had taken until then, and I felt that I was not confident in my findings.
As a result, the ADM was completely healed and the skin became clean without spots, but I think that I would have been still worried if I had a photo laser contract here. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手足の多汗症でかかろうと伺いましたが受付にて手足多汗症を診るのではではなく、ボトックス注射がメインで、相談や塗り薬等はほとんどしていないとのことでした。ホームページの広告とは異なる表記だったので残念です。（医療法的に良いもなのかと疑問ですが…）多汗症で来られる方は気をつけてください。

もう一度伺った時は別の受付の方が診察を受け入れて下さいました。ナースの方ドクターの方からも丁寧に説明いただいたので、最初に伺った時にお会いした受付の方と意思疎通ができなかっただけのようでした。星を修正致しました。

電話予約の時に、ホクロ除去後10日以内に1回来てもらわないといけないと言われたので、そのつもりで行きました。
当日になって半年通わなかったら施術しないと言われました。こっちも今後の予定があるのに
あまりにも酷すぎです。それなら最初から電話予約の時に言うべき。診察代返してほしいくらい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほくろを数ヶ月前に除去したが、再発している模様。あまりにも早い再発なので問い合わせするも、再度除去するには15,000円ほどかかるとのこと。期間を空ければ1万円で可能ですよと。。
アフターサポートが安心とのことでこちらにしたが、結局通常料金が取られるのなら、他でも良かったのではないか。。
保険だと1つだけ1万円かかりますが、何度も通わないといけないのでどうなんでしょう。。
