★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２月末の週末にお世話になりました。土地勘がないので、希望エリアをメールでお伝えしたら電話があり、「正直、そこのエリアは紹介できる物件が少ないので紹介できるか不安がある。大阪市内なら自信もあるのですが…」との事で最初はお断りをしました。もし大阪市内へ変更しませんか？とグイグイこられたら信用してなかったと思います。
その後他の不動産屋も同時に検討してましたが、なかなか無く大阪市内も検討することになり、再度お願いをしました。
担当は入江さんでした。190センチの高身長ながら、丁寧にフットワークよく対応して下さいました。なかなかの厳しい条件にもかかわらず、何度も物件を探して頂き、完璧とはいきませんが、納得できる物件に巡り合う事ができました。
移動中の車の中でも赤信号で止まる度に何度もプリントアウトした資料を目を通して誠実に対応して下さいました。
また何かの時には利用や紹介をしたいと思います。
田舎者には場所がわかりにくいですが、駅前第４ビル、と案内所含め尋ねるとすんなりいきます?
