この前普段違うお店でパーマをかけてるのをカットもお世話になってるからとここでしたら最悪でした。
まず出来が悪かったです。
そのためしっかりここどうにかならないですか？等伝えるもパーマのし直しは絶対にしたくないのかやったばっかりだからだとか色々言われ挙げ句の果てには別メニューの提案をされました。
三回ぐらい伝えましたがいっこうにしてくれなさそうなので諦めましたが変な感じのままです。
ほんとに残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行ったとき、少し迷ってしまい予約時間より8分くらい遅れてしまったのですが笑顔で迎え入れてくれて安心しました。
カットはめちゃくちゃうまいというわけではありませんがほかのところより安かったような気がします。
スタッフさんはどちらかというとフレンドリーな接客でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美容師のうんちく散々聞かされ、スマホをいじってるとそのスマホの内容を話してきて（スマホの内容見えても、スルーするのがマナーじゃないですか？）
シャンプーはガシガシ急ぎめでされ、全然気持ちよくありません。
やけに急いでるアピールをしてくる…（私は時間通りにお伺いしました。）
カラー終わったと思ったら色むら…
やり直ししてもらうもまだ内側は染まりきってなく…
僕が悪かった…とは認めるものの、一切謝罪なし。
こんな嫌な気分になった美容院は初めてで、悲しくなりました。
こんな人にカットなんてしてもらいたくないし、これ以上髪の毛をさわられたくもないので、アイロンをお借りし自分でセットし、色むらのまま帰りました。
帰り際、周りの他のスタッフさんたちも一言もフォローの言葉もなく、一体どんな職場なのか不思議でたまりません。
星一つもつける価値のない美容院でした。

特にパーマはどこに行ってもうまく当ててもらえなかった髪質ですが、こちらのベテラン美容師さんは腕がよく、いつも満足して帰っています。当日突然予約したために施術が夜遅くまでかかってしまっても、気前よく接客してくださる上にヘアセットも教えてくださりました。
設備が古かったり、物が散らかったりしている印象はありますが、コスパも良くて予約は取りやすいですし個人的にはずっと利用したいと思います。
