色々と注文をつけてしまいましたが、とっても素早く終えてくださって満足してます。レビューに書いてあった待たされるようなことも一切なかったです。
カット＋シャンプーだけなら2900円とかなりリーズナブルなので、通いたいです。

I have placed a lot of orders, but I am happy that it was completed very quickly. I didn't have to wait for anything that was written in the review.
If only cut + shampoo is 2900 yen, it is quite reasonable, so I would like to go.

何年かぶりの美容院で、髪型のイメージもふわっとしてて大体の要望しかお伝え出来ませんでしたが、ピッタリの完璧な髪型にしてくださいました。毛量を少なくしてくださった事も大変有難かったです。
眉カットもナチュラルな仕上がりで、本当に満足度が高かったです。
わたしの時はあまり待ちませんでしたが、美容師さんの人数が少ない？ため他のお客さんの対応をされている間は待つ事になるのかもしれません。
とても素敵な髪になり、女性としての自信が付きました。ありがとうございます。また来ますね。
Hair straightening (charged separately for drugs) + cut + treatment (charged separately) + eyebrow cut was 10,000 yen. I think it's reasonable.
At the hairdresser for the first time in several years, the image of the hairstyle was fluffy and I could only convey the general request, but I made it the perfect hairstyle. I am very grateful that you reduced the amount of hair.
The eyebrow cut was also a natural finish, and I was really satisfied.
I didn't wait much at my time, but is there a small number of hairdressers? Therefore, you may have to wait while dealing with other customers.
I got very nice hair and gained confidence as a woman. Thank you very much. I'll come again.

髪を洗ったら他のお客へ対応する為放置、縮毛矯正の出来もカットも最悪そのものでした。
安さに釣られた自分が悪いと思うことにしました。
I ordered hair straightening because it was cheap.
After washing my hair, I left it for other customers, and the hair straightening and cutting were the worst.
I decided to think that I was bad because I was caught by the cheapness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this salon for years but very disapointed with the service I received recently. I went to dye my hair on Feb 19 as usual and came home noticed that many of the front grey hair were not covered at all. So I called the salon and they told me to come redo. When I arrived at the salon, the hair stylist Watanabe blamed the fault on me said that I had picked the wrong color. I have done the same color several times and never have such problem. He was very impatient and angry. He punched on the color chart and said I have to pay again to redo. Although he was unwilling to, I insisted to have him redo my color without extra charge. After he raised my hair, I noticed there were color all over my forehead and he had no intention to clean it. This is the worst experience I had in Japan and have ruined the friendly and excellent service image of Japan.
In addition to this, many of the staffs in the salon were not wearing mask. The terrible Watanabe asked me to take off my mask before redye my hair which was ridiculous. Absolutely will not go back to this salon.
