★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの信用金庫、個人の様々なニーズに応えべくサービスを行い地域に密着した活動をすると書いてあるのに、個人には両替カードを作らせない。ネットに書いてあることと違いすぎる。
The credit union here says that it will provide services to meet the various needs of individuals and work closely with the community, but it does not allow individuals to make exchange cards. It is too different from what is written on the net.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アメ横近くにある朝日信金の支店です。ATMは3台ありました。個人的には薄暗い照明を使っているのかもう少し明るくしても良いと感じました。アクセスはJR線の上野駅から歩いて数分です。
It is a branch of Asahi Shinkin near Ameya. There were 3 ATMs. Personally, I felt that it was okay to make it a little brighter, probably because I was using dim lighting. Access is a few minutes walk from Ueno Station on the JR line.
