★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience at La Vita e Bella! The food is wonderful with a great selection of pastas, pizzas, and others and it was so delicious. I got the lunch set with salad, bread, pasta, and desert for a great price! The atmosphere is so cozy and the back dining room has a lovely view of the river. The staff was also incredibly kind and friendly as well as attentive. Please give them a try if you visit Gero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend from California, my boyfriend and I went to La Vita e Bella for pizza. The staff speaks English really well and they are super nice. The course menu that was suggested was definitely worth it! They switched the appetizer for the soup, since we don't eat fish and they explained what everything was. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. I totally recommend this place and would love to visit it again when I visit Japan in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is wonderful! I loved the ambiance, views of the river, and of course the food.
My partner made a reservation for us while we were visiting the area and this was my favorite meal of the entire trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and even spoke some English. Genuinely though, the food was wonderful. The appetizer, soup, fresh bread (yum), pasta and pizza were all some of the best food I've had. Best of all the space is relaxing and fairly small, so you can enjoy your dinner in peace.
If you are planning on visiting Gero Onsen, I highly recommend stopping by here! I plan on coming again myself as soon as possible.
