★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応・挨拶・スピードなど、普通よりいいです。ただ、紙ナプキンが、ないです。注文すれば、出てきます。今は、コロナで、しょうがないかもしれません。ただ、別の店では、ありますけど。
 Correspondence, greetings, speed, etc. are better than usual. However, there is no paper napkin. If you order, it will come out. It may be unavoidable in Corona now. However, there is one at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モバイルオーダーで、席まで持って来てもらうはずが、いつまで経っても来ない。カウンターに行ったら登録外の席の為運べなかったとの事。マックの席番号が記載されていた事と、特に記載が無かった。
また、お詫びの言葉も無かった。
I'm supposed to bring my seat to my seat with a mobile order, but it never comes. When I went to the counter, I couldn't carry it because of the unregistered seat. There was no mention that the seat number of the Mac was listed.
Also, there were no words of apology.

昼～夜に行くと結構な頻度でレジにメガネをかけた細身のおばさんがいるのですが注文の聞き間違えが多すぎます
バーガーを２つ買って片方夜マックにするとほぼ必ず逆になっていたりポテトや飲み物のサイズはM以外にするとかなり間違えます
注文したら必ずレシートを確認してください
それと呼ばれていないのに番号を消されていたり番号が一人分ずれていたり
「モニターの番号のお客様お待たせいたしました」
と呼んでおいてモニターには何も映っていなかったり
指摘するとさっさと帰れよ、みたいな感じで対応されて
機械が悪いのか操作間違えなのか分かりませんがどちらにせよ直す気は無いようです
追記
最近出前館にこの店舗が追加されたので試しに注文してみたら当たり前のように注文間違え...ネットで注文してるので聞き間違えですらない
もう全く間違えるなとは言わない、せめて10回に1回は間違えないで出してくれ

This store was recently added to the delivery hall, so when I tried to order it, I made a mistake in ordering ... I'm ordering online so I'm not mistaken.
Don't say you don't make a mistake anymore, don't make a mistake at least once in 10 times

土日は混んでいるけど、平日は比較的空いてていいです。
It's in Aeon, so I use it for shopping.
It's crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's okay to be relatively free on weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに利用させて貰っています。前よりポテトも揚げたて出して下さるようになり、以前より接客も良くなって来てると思います。口コミがかかれる今だから大事な事を重視してこれからも利用者が気持ちよくまた利用者もマナーをまもり気持ちよく利用させて頂きたく思います。
I use it once in a while. I think that the potatoes are being fried and served more than before, and the customer service is getting better than before. 準備で忙しいのも分かりますが、もう少しなんとかしてほしい。大きな声で呼ばなくてもいいように呼び鈴的なものを置くとか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のお昼で材料切れで提供出来ないと言われた。有り得ない。前にもお昼の混んでる時間にシェイクは清掃中とか客を舐めてる。
I was told that I couldn't serve it because the ingredients were out at noon on Sunday. No way. Shake is cleaning and licking customers during the busy hours of lunch before.
