★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ドライブスルーでポテト購入。
ケチャップお願いしたら、分かりましたと丁寧な女性の対応でしたが実際に入ってなかった。まあケチャップぐらいはご愛嬌とします。

ドライブスルーでセット２つ注文。
待っている客は他にはいませんでした。
オーダー取った女性の店員は声色とか丁寧で良かったです。
ポテト塩多め、揚げたてにして下さいといい。
すぐ会計へ。
以前マックで働いていたので、ポテト2度揚げの為、揚げたてには時間がかかるのに
マネージャーらしき男性から商品をすぐ渡されたので
怪しい！と思い揚げたてですか？と聞いたら
大きな声で揚げたてです！と言われて
駐車場を出てすぐ食べたら熱々ではなくぬるかったです。
揚げたてとは注文を受けてからあげるのに
数分たったのを渡されてがっかり。
責任者がお客が少ないから、挙げてそこまで時間が経ってないからウエストするのも勿体無いし出しちゃえ！という感じ満載で幻滅しました。
何のために揚げたてでお願いします！伝えているのかわかりません。
マックのアンケートも送信したけど実際に本社や店舗にもしっかり伝わって改善されるといいです。
他の方のコメント見ても、ポテトが冷たいと書いてあるのが沢山あったので
やっぱり！と思いました。
他の人も私みたいな思いをしないように気をつけてください。

I also sent a Mac questionnaire, but I hope it will be improved by actually communicating it to the head office and stores.
Even if you look at the comments of other people, there were many that the potatoes were cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブスルーを利用することが多いが、2回に1回くらい間違いがある。買ったものが入っていなかったり、違うものが入っていたり、注文したものと伝票が違っていたり、etc...。システムの問題なのか、従業員教育の問題なのかわからないが、間違いが多すぎるのでドライブスルーから宅配方式に変更すべきではないかとも思う。
本日も「順調に入れ忘れ」がありました。
客に渡す前のチェックはしているのでしょうか？
商品の売買契約における引き渡しに対して、あまりにもおろそかすぎる。
品質が疑われます。
I often use drive-through, but I make a mistake about once every two times. What I bought is not included, what is different is included, what I ordered is different from the slip, etc ...
