Service is great for a cafe like seating area, the servers regularly come by to clear your plates and will bring made to order items to your table. A bit pricey but expected for the area (nestled among Burberry and Tiffany's) and the quality. Great for a date, or just to treat yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set in a nice atmosphere this café delivers very good patisserie, but the coffee and service could be greatly improved. The ordering and queue system resembles more a chain coffee shop like Starbucks or Doutor, compared to the other restaurants around makes it feel a bit cheap. The bread and patisserie are quite delicious and pretty, but the coffee is prepared in a conventional coffee machine and it is served in plastic cups, which gives the feeling of a convenience store. A bit of improvement on these details could greatly improve the atmosphere of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and beverages are delicious and taste good. But, there’s NO free WiFi and NO charging points near tables. So, Can’t stay longer if you’re working on an electronic device there. Great atmosphere and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cake was good however, the customer service was really bad—one of the poorest I have experienced in all my years dining out especially given that it’s a branch of Joel Robuchon. The service staff called R. Yamamoto was especially rude and seemed arrogant with giving directions and with entertaining. 0 hospitality at all.
