I've used kimono rental several times, but I'm satisfied because there are many kimonos that can be selected at low prices. The staff also responded well and told me the sightseeing route if I was worried about where to take a walk. Thanks to you, I really enjoyed it.
ら	らん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店内が狭すぎです。店内のキャパを大幅に超えた予約数だなと感じました。人が多すぎて着物をゆっくり見て選ぶなんて事はほぼ不可能です。このようなご時世の中であれだけ人が密集するのはどうかと思います。着物の数は多いですが、綺麗とは言えない状態のものも多く全体的にチープでした。草履がボロボロなものも多くびっくりしました。また、ヘアアレンジも決まったものしかなくヘアアイロン等も一切ないので、前髪や顔周りの髪の毛等は自分でセットしていかないと絶望的な仕上がりになります。口コミ評価が高いので利用しましたが、今後絶対利用しないです。 Anyway, the inside of the store is too small. L	Love Love* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.2.18 「ぎをん錦　京都駅前店」を立地の良さから、選ばせて利用させていただきました。最初、電話で問い合わせをした際、スタッフの方に大変丁寧に対応していただきました。事前に下見に行きたいという勝手な申し出にも快くご快諾いただけ、開店直後の店内は混雑していたのですが、着物や帯のことで何度か質問し、その都度、丁寧にご対応いただきました。事前に準備した方が良い物や、当日の流れなど、詳しく教えていただけて、人生初の着物だったので、不安な事だらけでしたが、丁寧なご案内にとても安心した気持ちで当日を迎えられました。当日は、さらにスムーズなご案内で、帯もきちんとこちらのニーズに合わせたものをご用意してくださっていて、着付けも手際が良くスピーディーの中にも繊細さを感じることができ、午後まで着崩れることなく素敵なお着物を思う存分、堪能することが出来ました。今回、数時間の着物レンタルだったので、値段の安さにこだわって、こちらの店舗を利用させていただきましたが、どのスタッフの方にも、お値段以上の"気持ちの良い接客サービス"を受けることが出来、大変満足な気分を味わうことが出来ました。また着物を着る機会があれば、次も必ずこちらの店舗を利用したいと思いました。この度は、大変お世話になり有難う御座いました。素敵な記念になりました。 2022.2.18 We chose "Gion Nishiki Kyoto Ekimae Store" because of its good location. S	Serious Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend this store. It's my second time renting in Kyoto and I had a much better experience last time. There's not a lot of choices to start with, and neither is there much difference in terms of fabric quality and pattern between the various price points. Bags look worn and baskets are an extra 500 yen. The assistant/vice store manager 副店長? with long straight black hair and bangs dressed me in a very abrasive manner and rushed me through the whole process though there was no one but me in the afternoon. She didn't excuse herself after telling me to strip and change and only gave me one second to decide on the hair style. I pointed out that it hurt at one point and she said that's how the hair should be done. In the end my right sleeve wasn't aligned with my left sleeve and the undergarment peeked through the armpit area as well as some loose threads. The slippers were one size fits all. I'm a EU38.5~39/US7.5~8 but they appeared to be too small for me. I just quickly picked one pair because the vice manager looked like she couldn't wait for me to be gone. The price wasn't bad but for the service or the lack thereof was not worth it. The rest of the staff seemed to be nice though, especially the Mandarin-speaking assistant on the third floor who helped picked the kimono as well as the staff who processed my return the next day.
