日	日野之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帯が選べないのはどうかと思います。着物と一緒に帯も選ぶのがサービスの一環ではないのでしょうか？せめて説明文を載せておくべきです。着物はかわいいのに帯の色が素人がみても全然合ってなかったので裏の白色にしました。そうするとすごく地味な感じになったので仕方なくレースと帯飾りを追加しました。帯飾りがあったところに色んな色の帯が積まれていたのですが、あちらは選べたのでしょうか？着付けが終わったあとで気づいたので言いませんでしたが、他にもあったのなら言っていただきたかったです。効率重視な接客だったのでそんなサービス精神ないんでしょうけど。無料でついてる巾着のカバンも色んな柄があったのに人数分てきとうに渡されて、あとでゆっくり選びたいから戻したら、持っていってくださいと言われ無理やり渡されました。カバンすら選ばせてくれないのか･･･若い子が多いからか接客態度が雑で不快でした。気さくな方もいらっしゃいましたが、基本的に効率重視でぞんざいな扱い方です。忙しいのにお店なのでせかせかしてしまうのは仕方ありませんが、根本的な部分を直さないと無理でしょうね。他にも似た内容のレビューがあったのに改善されてないということは、改善するつもりはないということでしょう。 I wonder if you can't choose an obi. E	Emily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年の11月くらいに利用いたしました。着物自体は可愛かったのですが、帯が絶望的に着物とあっていなかったので、着付けが終わった後に速攻脱ぎたいレベルでした。そもそも着物と帯がセットになって置いてあるので、変えられるということは店員さんの誰も言ってくれませんでした。言えば選択させて貰えるようですが、着付けの人も誰もなにもいってくれず……。結局終わった後に友達と話し合って、抗議して変えてもらったのですが、追加で料金を取られました。着物と帯を選択できるのであれば、最初からそう言ってほしかったですし、そもそも別々のところに置いておいてほしかったです。大体、あまりセンスの感じられない組み合わせで一緒に置いておくのは、着物レンタル業者としては致命的だと感じます。また、コロナ禍であるのに常に人がすし詰め状態で着付けもヘアセットも流れ作業でかなり適当でした。愛想が良い人が少なく、準備自体がワクワクするものというわけではなく、早く終わって欲しいものという感じでした。総合すると、京都で他1軒、その他の場所で2軒ほどのお店で着物をレンタルしたことがありますが、その中で一番酷いお店でした。着物自体は可愛いので、着物が第一でその他はどうでも良いという人にはおすすめです。個人的には、5000円以上払ってこれなら、もう少し高いお金を払って良い着付けと良い着物を着たいと思います。最後になりましたが、有料オプションは籠バックがお勧めです。普通のバッグはあまり可愛くないので。 I used it around November last year.
