淳	淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約しましたが、店内はバタバタしており、選ぶ場所も鏡が1つしかなく、他のお客様が居座ると、鏡を見る事も出来ず。着付けの方はニコニコされアドバイス等もしてくれて感謝してます。忙しいのでしょうが、受付、ヘアメイクは無表情… 娘が夜も散策したいと言ってたので、次の日返却にしましたが、疲れて早目にホテルで脱いで、19時までには返却したのですが、返金等の言葉もなく… 2千円無駄にしました… 綺麗に畳んで返却したのですが、袋から着物や小物を投げるように、紛失物チェック。クリーニングに出すのでしょうが、そんな扱いなのかと少し残念に思いました。 I made a reservation online, but the shop was fluttering, there was only one mirror to choose from, and when other customers were sitting, I could not see the mirror. *	有希 on Google* ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年5月に浴衣持ち込み×2、着物レンタル×1の3人で利用させていただきました。ネット予約の際に浴衣持ち込みとお伝えして、事前に持ち物確認のお電話もしていただけました。当日行ってみると浴衣持ち込みはあまり歓迎していないのが肌で伝わる対応でした。料金も最初ちょっと驚く金額を言われてとりあえず払いましたが、疑問に思った友人が聞いてみるとやはり違ったようで2000円近く返金になりました。一番重要であるヘアメイクと着付けは着崩れることもなく、とても良かったです。一番キツかったのは、戻った時に「持ち込みの方はお手伝いできないので自分で脱いでください」と冷たく言われたことです。手伝わない理由も分かるし、それは別に良かったんですが、言い方が少し強めでうーん…となりました。案内の方の愛想が元々そこまで良くないのかは分かりませんが、結局着物をレンタルしてくれた友人がいたから脱ぐスペースも貸していただけて散策中の荷物預かりもあったのかなという印象を受けました。次回も利用したいと考えますが、浴衣持ち込みだけの場合は避けようかなと思います。 In May 2019, we were used by 3 people, bringing in yukata x 2 and kimono rental x 1. P	Perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浴衣のレンタルで利用させていただきました。夏休みの朝の11時ぐらいにお店に着くと、人が大勢いてひしめき合っていました。お店の中は狭いです。しかし、対応はスムーズで予約を取っていると時間よりちょっと早めについてもすぐ着物を選ばせてもらえました。時間が早い方が浴衣の種類をたくさん選べます。しかし、種類は色ごとに分かれていて、多かったです！着付けの人やヘアの人など、皆さん気さくな感じでよかったです！帯やカゴも多かったです。ヘアセットは8種類から選べて、ロングの人だと本当に可愛い、凝った髪型が選べるので、ヘアセットをしてもらうことをすごくおすすめします。ボブぐらいでもハーフアップ系の髪型にしてもらえました。すごく可愛くて良い思い出になりますよ‼︎ 返却時間も19時30分までみたいなので長いと思います。京都観光に浴衣や着物を着るのはおすすめですよ！足袋はなかったので、着たい方は自分で持ってくると良いです。 I used it to rent a yukata.
