★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not expensive, value to quality. But it overbook always. We have wait for 2 hours to make changing coat, long queue. But the services is good. Coat quality is good, but less color to choose, especially in mens zone.
The place is so small for huge customers , Small place of changing area is crowded pver 20 ppls in 200 sq. ft. Room !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great. The choice of kimono was beautiful with both traditional and modern design. You need a reservation which you can do online. I recommend for 10am since they open because it might take around 1hr for choosing and wearing and another extra our for each service you added ex. hair stylish, make up ... You can wear it until 7.30pm that you need to return all stuff. If you have suitcase you can pay 500 yen to leave your bag with them but small bag or your backpack you can leave for free with your clothes. They offer you a japanese style small bag to carry out and scarf for winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We joined the photography tour through Klook. This shop provides traditional japanese clothes rental, and plenty of accessories for you to choose with small additional price.
One thing worth extra attention is the package doesn't include hair and make up. We were not aware of that. So we had to wait for another hour until the makeup artist is free to perform our makeup. If you have booked the package, better contact the shop directly to confirm.
The photographer from this shop is also amazing. Know the place so well. It was like a guided tour. We got to see beautiful places, but also had wonderful photoshoot.
Also, they have multiple staffwith language help. As long as you speak one Asian language or English, they are easy to communicate.

Friendly staffs.
Reasonable price. Have many different plans that suit people with different budgets.
Must go early or you will have less options to choose from.
Can rent kimono from 9am to 7:30pm.
Suitable for single, couples, group of friends and families.
They can set your hair and do your makeup as well.
Can keep your belongings in the shop
They also provide tourist information. And have tour.
