院内もとても綺麗で、大満足の施術内容でした。

リニューアル前から通っていますが、受付の方が知識がないので、電話で問い合わせしても、上に確認せず、できないとかやってないとか適当なことを言われることがあります。感じも悪いのでいつもイライラします。
カウンセラーさん、看護師さんは皆さんとても感じが良いです。
腕の良い医師もいますが、信用できない女医さんが1人います。麻酔の注射の薬剤を顔の上で破裂させられました…びっくり。
予約日の変更を院の方から言われることが2回ありました。先生が固定しないので変更になるのか、スタッフの連携が悪いのかわかりませんが。
メイクルームに寝癖直しスプレーが欲しいと何回か言いましたが実現してません。切実に実現してほしいです。
良い点としては、照射系の機械がどこにもないような最新機種だということ。施術のお値段はそこそこするけど、機械が良いものなので効果は強く感じます。

There were two times when the institute told me to change the appointment date. I don't know if it will change because the teacher is not fixed, or if the staff cooperation is bad.
I've said several times that I want a spray to fix my sleep in the make-up room, but it hasn't happened. I really want you to realize it.
The good point is that it is the latest model that has no irradiation machine. The price of the treatment is reasonable, but the machine is good, so I feel the effect is strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レーザートーニングで通っています。比較的安価で駅近なので通いやすいです。スタッフさんや看護師さんは皆さん美意識が高く、施術中に色々な知識を教えて下さるのでとても参考になります。
I go by laser toning. It's relatively cheap and close to the station, so it's easy to get to. The staff and nurses are all highly aesthetically pleasing and will teach you various knowledge during the procedure, which is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのレーザー治療で分からないことも多かったですが、親切に教えてもらえました。長い目で見た際に合った治療、また丁寧なデータに基づくカウンセリングから分かる、自分に合う治療を判断してもらえました。実際の治療も細かくスポットを打ってもらい打ち足りないところも聞いてくださり、不安な気持ちがなく治療が終わりました。経過が楽しみです。

クリニックの中はとても清潔感があり
メイク直しのスペースにドライヤーもあったりと快適でした。
受付の方はとても丁寧な接客をしてくださいますが、その他の方は営業強め。
施術中もずっと営業トークをされます。
営業感は強いものの、かなりお安く施術を受けることができたので
星4つにします。

The receptionist will be very polite, but the other people will be stronger in sales.
You will have a sales talk all the time during the procedure.
Although the business feeling is strong, I was able to receive the treatment at a fairly low price.
