Visited 8/10/2017. Once a manned station, it is now an unmanned station. No noticeable facilities around the station. There is a post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅の付近に城跡(黒坂、鏡山)が存在し「陣屋町」と呼べるかも。滝山公園に近いが徒歩では30分から40分はかかる。5月には「つつじ祭り」が行われている。
日野高校黒坂校舎の最寄り駅で元の日野産業高校。伯備線で通学していた嫁は帰りの普通電車で下り「やくも」の行き違いの間に駅前のAコープでアイスクリームを買うのが楽しみだったと申していた。
There are castle ruins (Kurosaka, Kagamiyama) near the station, and it may be called "Jinyacho". It is close to Takiyama Park, but it takes 30 to 40 minutes on foot. The "Azalea Festival" is held in May.
Former Hino Sangyo High School at the nearest station to Hino High School Kurosaka School Building. The bride, who was commuting to school on the Hakubi Line, said she was looking forward to buying ice cream at A-COOP in front of the station while getting off on the return train and crossing "Yakumo".
