ど	どてらい男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山陰本線と伯備線の分岐駅です。構内は2面3線です。上り鳥取岡山方面は通過を含めて2・3番線、米子出雲市方面は通過を含めて1・2番線を使います。駅にはみどりの窓口があり、冷暖房完備の待合室があります。1番線のレストルームが新しくて広くて清潔で感心しました(ハンディキャップ対応)。構内は他にも伯備線貨物も発着するので、EF64型電気機関車やコキ(コンテナ)も居て賑やかです。ホームから中国地方最高峰大山が見えます。鉄道ファンには楽しめる駅かと思います。 It is a branch station of San'in Main Line and Hakubi Line.
