これは踏切を遮って全ての列車が止まる為であるが日本では踏切を遮る駅停車はたぶんこの駅だけではなかろうか？
 A very rare station where one of the Futakotamagawa areas is door-cut because the platform is short.
This is because all trains stop at the railroad crossing, but in Japan it is probably the only station that stops the railroad crossing.

It is a compact station famous for door cuts. Since the ticket gate is close to the platform, it is good to get on the train right after the station.
