★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiyugaoka is an amazing place to hang out in Tokyo. It is very different from the rest of this city. The shops look very fresh when you are used to the monotonous branches of brands in Japan. Some parts are closed to cars which makes strolling even more enjoyable.
