K	Kou K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR東日本　南武線の駅。武蔵小杉のとなり。大企業・富士通の川崎工場や研究所など拠点施設が存在し、その関係者の利用が多い。 2011年、高架下エリアが改修され新しいショップになった。改札より川崎市総合福祉センター（エポックなかはら）へ歩道橋により直結。等々力緑地・等々力陸上競技場（Jリーグ川崎フロンターレのホームスタジアム）には、武蔵小杉駅より武蔵中原駅のほうが近い施設もある。旧東海道の脇往還・中原街道が付近を通り、樹木郡中原町の地名から「中原」の名と、この駅以前に「中原駅」が他に存在したので「武蔵」を頭につけて「武蔵中原駅」という名称に。高架駅であり、2ホームに4線路。上下ホームの移動がめんどくさい。 1927年（昭和２年）　南武鉄道（現JR南武線の前身）開通により開業。 1944年（昭和19年）　南武鉄道の国有化により、国鉄南武線に。 1990年（平成２年）　高架化に。それに伴い武蔵小杉方向に200m移設。 2013年（平成25年）　ホーム列車発射メロディは「川崎フロンターレ」の応援歌に。富士通関連か地元民、川崎フロンターレのゲーム観客以外は余り、利用がないかな。 JR East Nambu Station.
