★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very yummy Michelin (Bib Gourmand) ramen. I was worried that it would be extremely fishy from the past reviews, but the broth is chicken based and the salt broth was quite light. I think it was one of the best eggs I've ever had, but I wasn't very impressed with the wantons. Overall, really good and the line moves fast.
