19:30に予約しているのに何もしてもらえず45分に店員呼び出してやっと注文！
乾杯できたのが20時スギで何もかも遅く、コースのサラダには水菜の根元が入っている始末。
ありえないし２度行かない。
worst.
I made a reservation at 19:30 but couldn't get anything done, so I called the clerk at 45 minutes and finally ordered!
The toast was cedar at 20:00, everything was late, and the salad of the course had the root of mizuna.
I can't go there twice.

何かしらやらかしたら一気にいまいちに転じるくらい、サービスも料理の味も普通でした

個室に案内されてこちらが呼び出すまで放置。
誕生日コースにしてたが
料理も内容とちがうし、提供のテンポが悪い。
ケーキも写真と違いすぎて
くそしょぼいし音響もなにもなく
店員の小さい「おめでとうございます」のみ。
これで3300円(税抜き)。
もう二度とこの店でお祝いしない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2時間制の７皿の筑後コースを頼んでいたが1８時半から1時間たっても何も出てこない。店員を呼んでやっと１９時半に小鉢が出てくる。４品目のもつ鍋が出てきた以降また料理が出てこない。
気付いたら２１時１５分。時間に関しては何も言われず１９時半から2時間制と考え２１時３０分には終わるにも関わらず、あと３皿来ない。
残り１５分で３皿来るわけない。
また料理を出すのを忘れている。
スタッフの連携どうなってんねん。
もう帰る時間になり、もう残りの３品はいらないからその３品分料金を引いて欲しいと頼んだら、元々の値段から１０%オフだけ。
７品中３品食べてないのに何で１０%オフだけやねん。
詐欺と一緒。二度と行かない。
I was asking for a 2-hour 7-dish Chikugo course, but nothing came out even after 1 hour from 18:30. A small bowl finally comes out at 19:30 when I call a clerk. No food comes out again after the hot pot with 4 items came out.
If you notice it, it's 21:15. Nothing was said about the time, and although it was considered to be a two-hour system from 19:30 and ended at 21:30, three more dishes did not come.
I can't come 3 dishes with 15 minutes left.
I forgot to serve the food again.
What about the cooperation of the staff?
It's time to go home and I don't need the remaining 3 items anymore, so if you ask me to deduct the price for those 3 items, only 10% off the original price.
I haven't eaten 3 out of 7 dishes, but why is it only 10% off?
With fraud. I will never go again.
