★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコン、冷蔵庫などを担当されている方で、本当に商品知識や提案力が豊富で、こちらの要望もきちんと理解していただける方がおり、プロだなぁと感心させられました。
他の商品もその方に相談したいのですが、売り場が違うので無理かなぁ。
 I was impressed by the fact that there are people who are in charge of air conditioners, refrigerators, etc., who really have a wealth of product knowledge and proposal capabilities, and who can understand this request properly, and that they are professionals.
I would like to consult with that person about other products, but I wonder if it is impossible because the sales floor is different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新居用の家電一式を購入する際に利用させて頂きました。今回はテレビとレコーダー、エアコンと炊飯器を購入しました。
2回に渡って買い物に行きましたが、それぞれ対応してくださった店員さんの説明は凄く分かりやすかったです。メーカー毎の特徴や長所短所、特許の説明などして頂いたので、比較もしやすかったです。妻と共に、とても満足度の高い買い物になったと話をしながら帰りました。新居で使うのが凄く楽しみです。
お店自体は凄く広い訳でも無いですが、凄く混雑をしている感じでも無いので、ゆっくりと商品も選びやすいです。私の主観ですが、メーカーの店員さんは少なめだったので、メーカーに偏った案内をされる事も少ないのかなと感じました。
カフェも併設されているので、ちょっと見積もりを待っている間の休憩等も出来ました。トイレにはオムツ替えシートもあるので、買い物が長時間になってしまっても安心でした。
I used it when I bought a set of home appliances for my new home. This time I bought a TV and a recorder, an air conditioner and a rice cooker.
I went shopping twice, but the explanation of the clerk who responded to each was very easy to understand. It was easy to compare because they explained the features, strengths and weaknesses of each manufacturer, and the patents. I went home with my wife, talking about how satisfying the shopping was. I'm really looking forward to using it in my new house.
The store itself isn't very large, but it doesn't feel very crowded, so it's easy to choose products slowly. It's my subjectivity, but since the number of clerk at the manufacturer was small, I felt that it was unlikely that the guidance would be biased toward the manufacturer.
There is also a cafe, so I was able to take a break while waiting for a quote. There is also a diaper changing sheet in the toilet, so I was relieved even if shopping took a long time.
