現地調査、見積り、工事まで最短でやってもらったおかげで入居者に迷惑をかけることなく無事に終わりました。
価格も、時間がない中で相見積もりをとって3社比較した中で1番安かったです。
作業時間は3時間程で終わり、仕上がりもさすがプロだなと思う出来でした。

工事も丁寧でしたので妻が実家の給湯器交換も依頼しました。今年、給湯器周辺から水漏れが発生した
為、調査を依頼したところ即に駆けつけて頂き原因を究明して頂き（建物内の給湯管の老朽化による漏れと
判明）非常に助かりました。

丁寧な作業とお掃除の仕方や使い方を分かりやすく説明してくれました。
依頼以外の気になっていた浴室のシャワーのホースの音や浄水器、食洗機の分岐水栓など親身にアドバイス頂けました。
5年前にも、給湯器が突然寿命が来たときも、作業や説明を丁寧に対応して頂いたので、今回も迷わずスマイクに電話しました。
前回の給湯器は、何と言っても無償の安心プランが7年と、調べた限り他には無い大きなメリットが、決め手でした。
でも、今回のコンロやレンジフードは補償がどうなってるかまだ見てませんが・・・
今後も気になる点は気軽に相談したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
