担当のナカジマさんが私達に合ったプランを選択してくれて大満足でした。
知識も豊富で疑問に思った事も納得いくまで分かりやすく説明してくれて、ありがたかったです。
結果、息子は最新のiPhoneに変えられてポイントもビックリするくらい付けて頂いて嬉しかったです。
今まで携帯を変えた中で1番知識豊富で良い定員さんでした。
次回も機種変する時も全然ノジマさんでしたいです。ありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅雨明け目前にリビングのエアコンが壊れて、購入と交換をしていただきました。
取付けは購入した2日後でした。
購入時はこちらからの色々な質問にきちんと答えていただき丁寧な印象です。
交換工事は丁寧にやっていただいて、以前のヤ◯ダで購入と取付けしてもらったエアコンは屋外配管(高さ2m)が横に1.3cm曲がっているので、垂直に直して良いかの確認が有り、室内機の取付け時も外した痕を掃除してくれて、見ていて気持ちが良かったです。
工事担当の方ともノジマは「たまにびっくりするくらい安く買えるものが有るよね」と、意見が同じでした。
ちなみにエアコンと同時に、特価品の扇風機も購入しました。

The replacement work was done carefully, and the air conditioner purchased and installed at the previous Yada has an outdoor pipe (height 2 m) bent 1.3 cm horizontally, so check if it can be fixed vertically. It was nice to see it because it cleaned up the traces that I removed when installing the indoor unit.
Nojima shared the same opinion with the person in charge of construction, saying, "Sometimes there are things that you can buy at a surprisingly low price."
By the way, at the same time as the air conditioner, I bought a bargain fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日引っ越し先に取り付けるエアコンを買いに行きました。メーカーさんから派遣されている店員さんと違って一つのメーカーに偏らずしっかり説明して頂きました。まぁ、ノジマさんがメーカー派遣の接客者ではないというのは知っていたのですがとても丁寧かつはっきりと製品特徴を述べていたので高評価とさせて頂きました。家の近くの方のノジマはパソコンの件で一生行かないと心に誓っているので川越西店はよい方がいてよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneの機種変更と通信料金の見直しを考えていて、ノジマさんで本体代金が安いと聞き伺いました。こちらの希望をじっくり聞いていただいてそれに沿ったプランで見積もりをいくつかご提案いただき、疑問にも的確に答えていただけたのでひとつひとつに納得したうえでとても満足いく契約ができました。またデータ移行などもとても丁寧に対応していただき安心して機種変更できました、ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MNPでiPhone購入と回線移行を行いました。キャリア店員でないからか必要以上に電気や固定回線の勧誘をされなかったのでよかったです。
ただし転売対策でしょうが、在庫の有無やキャンペーンの状については一切教えてもらえませんでした。（店に来いの一点張り）
在庫もあり、結果的に手続きできましたが、なければ無駄足になるところでした。
手続き自体には星5をつけてもよいですが、トータルでこの評価です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越しのため、インターネットと冷蔵庫の購入に悩んでいたところ声をかけていただき、色々と丁寧に接客していただきました。
最初に声をかけてくれた桑島さん(漢字が違ったらすみません。)はまだ不慣れながらも適当な事は言わず、細かく確認しながら接客してくれましたし、後日伺った際は桑島さんがお休みで女性の社員さん(名前を失念してしまいましたすみません。。)に対応頂いたのですが、その方も丁寧な接客で気持ちよく買い物が出来ました。
色々とサポートで入ってくれた他の社員さんやNTTの方、光の契約を担当してくださった方全員、不快さ等感じることなく、いいお店だなぁといった感想です。
業務上、プリンター等買うこともちょくちょくあるので、また伺おうと思います。
