実は伊島店だけは、他店と違う仕様になっています。スープ、麺共にすごい事になっています。
全国レベルの仕上がりです。スープは酸味を効かせた豚骨魚介系。麺は北海道産の小麦に全粒粉を練り込んだ香り高くモッチモチの麺。
是非お試しいただきたい。

Actually, only the Ishima store has different specifications from other stores. Both the soup and the noodles are amazing.
It is a national level finish. The soup is a pork bone seafood type with a sour taste. The noodles are fragrant and mochi-mochi noodles made by kneading whole wheat flour from Hokkaido.

白をたべましたが、はっきり言って予想外に激ウマでした✨まさか岡山でしかも初日にこのレベルのとんこつラーメンを食べれるとは思っていませんでした?
九州の人なら知ってるかもしれないお店、「龍の家」系の味！高菜や紅生姜にくわえてもやしがあるところもそっくり！
これで安心して岡山生活が遅れそうです?

スープもですが、極細麺がスープによく絡んで美味しい。
あっさりの中にもコクがあり、美味しいと思います。
学生さんは替え玉無料サービスがあったように見えました。とても美味しいのですが、麺の量が少なめだったと感じましたので、学生さんは替え玉無料くらいで丁度良いかも。
おじさんには替え玉なしで、適量です。笑
無料でトッピングの紅生姜、高菜、もやしナムル、生ニンニクがあります。
入れすぎる人を見ると明らかに不味そうですので、適量で。
個人的にはシロに途中から紅生姜、もやしを入れるのがお勧め。

If you look at people who put in too much, it seems to be obviously unpleasant, so use an appropriate amount.
Personally, I recommend adding pickled ginger and bean sprouts to the white.

混ぜそばの大盛りのから揚げセットを注文しました。待ってる間は卓上のピリ辛もやしが美味しすぎて箸が止まりません。
から揚げセットのから揚げは1つ1つが大きく食べごたえありました。ご飯がおかわり自由なのはありがたいです。混ぜそばのセットで約1150円で大満足でした。今度はつけ麺を食べてみようと思います

Each of the karaage in the karaage set was very satisfying. I am grateful that the rice is free to refill. I was very satisfied with the mixed soba set for about 1150 yen. I'm going to eat tsukemen this time
