ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高めの気温の中を同僚とウィークデーランチに伺ったのは麺屋美浜さん、この5月に新規オープンされたラーメン屋さんです。もっと早くに伺いたかったのですが駐車場なしと聞いて躊躇しておりました。ルーアンさんの西側に位置しますが少し奥まった立地であまり目立ちません。店内はカウンター席とテーブル２席、かなり狭いですが工夫されて居心地いい空間を創造されています。手作り感いっぱいの窓日除けが微笑ましいです^^ 注文は看板メニューの「美浜らーめん（650円）」、”豚骨と丸鶏の白湯”と但し書きがあります。トッピングで玉子（100円）をお願いしました。待つこと６～７分で着丼です。スープは説明通り豚骨＋鶏ガラで見た目よりすっきりした味わい、博多ラーメンよりあっさりしていますが、鶏の旨味が上品に効いています！。麺は細麺ストレート、デフォで若干軟いでしょうか。チャーシューは適度に脂が廻り厚みのある中サイズが一枚、細切り木耳・青葱．．．デフォで半身のゆで卵があることを知らずに頼んだトッピング玉子．．．まぁ好きなので良いんですが^^; スープが若干微温かったですが、想定を超える美味しさでした！ Namiya Mihama, the new ramen restaurant that opened in May, visited our weekday lunch with colleagues in a high temperature. M	Masaaki YAGI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時開店というネット情報を見て行ったら、11時30分開店だそうです。それでも、迷惑そうな顔もせずお店の中に入れて下さり、開店前なのにある程度の仕込みができたら注文を取り一足先に提供して下さいました。中国人留学生の方がたくさん集まるということで、壁に張ってあるメニューは中国語でしたが、日本語のメニューを見せていただき、「地獄ラーメン」をいただきました。基本は四川風。美味い！麺は柔らかめ。辛さが足りなければ…といわれて継ぎ足した自家製ラー油がとても美味しい！他のメニューも食べたくなりました。お店を切り盛りしている若いお母さんの人柄も良く、また行きたいお店になりました。 If you look at the net information opening at 11:00, it seems that it is opening at 11:30. T	TMK 1486 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言うと、美味い！ただし、辛ウマメニューが多いので、辛いの苦手な方は注意。商科大学のそばにあるこのお店、クチコミを見て来店したら、中国人の方がされている、中華系麺類と料理のお店でした。豚骨ラーメンを食べたくて訪れたのですが、今はしてないようです。メニューも中国語で、さっぱり分かりません。日本語のメニューが１つだけですがありますし、聞けば懇切丁寧に教えてもらえるので問題なし。担々麺やジャージャン麺、混ぜそばなどがあり、他にランチ定食があるようです。お客も商大の学生さんらしい中国人の方がほとんどのようで、中国語が飛び交ってます。でも、そんなこと気にならないくらい美味しいですよ♪ お店も小綺麗にされてますし、店員さんも親切です。何より美味しい！写真のまぜそばは、タレがしっかりかかった平打ち極太麺がシコシコモチモチしてました。（最初、でっかいメンマがたくさん載ってるのかと思ったw）麺類以外の定食も美味しそうでした。また訪れたいです。お店に駐車場がないので（お店の前に1〜2台停められそうではあるけど出にくそう）そこは要注意。 From the conclusion, it is delicious!
