岡	岡山のYASU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和から続く昔ながらの優しい味の中華そばです。こってりはしていません。昔は夜も営業していましたが店主がご高齢のため昼のみの営業です。少し場所がわかりにくいのでGoogle Mapで確認して下さいね。中華そばの持ち帰りができる店です。 It is a traditional Chinese noodle with a gentle taste that has continued since the Showa era. 渡	渡辺裕二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戦後岡山駅前で屋台から始まった「丸天」。こちらは独立され駅を隔てた今の場所に。約二十年ぶりくらいにこの町に来たら、懐かしい電信柱の看板を見つけ、矢印に誘われるまま細い路地の奥へ。お店が綺麗に変わってましたが、味も値段も当時と変わらず。豚骨醤油の中華そば（６００円）は、最近の濃厚とかコッテリとかに慣れてる方は物足りないかも知れませんが。今に引き継ぐ岡山屋台ラーメンの味として是非お試し下さい。 "Maruten" started from a stall in front of Okayama station after the war. The shop has changed beautifully, but the taste and price are the same as at that time. Chinese soba noodles (600 yen) with pork bone soy sauce may not be enough for those who are accustomed to the recent richness and coterie. Please try it as a taste of Okayama Yatai Ramen that you will inherit.
宣	宣幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸天と言えば店内はｶﾝｽｲ独特の匂いが印象でしたが、ここはない。スープが並々で中太麺が泳ぐ感じが良いですね。先ずスープから麺に、懐かしい味でバラチャーシューも脂身がちょうど良い感じです。スープも完食は久しぶりでした。 Speaking of Maruten, the inside of the store had an impression of Kansui's unique smell, but it is not here. S	SHUJI M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奉還町商店街から西奉還町商店街に入る手前を北上して、しばらくそのまま歩くと左側の路地にお店が有りました。住宅地のど真ん中で何故こんな場所にお店が有るのか不思議でした。来店してオーソドックスな中華そば680円を注文しばらく待つと中華そばが着丼！少し甘みを感じるスープの昔ながらの懐かしい感じの豚骨醤油の中華そばでした。麺が若干太めの中太麺で少しもっちりとした感じの食感で良かったです。カウンター３席とテーブル席が３ヵ所とこじんまりとした地元に密着したお店でした。ランチタイムの３時間のみと短い営業時間なのですが、また機会があれば再訪してみたいと思います。お支払いは食後に現金のみでした。 From Hokancho Shopping Street to West Hokancho Shopping Street Go north before entering If you walk for a while There was a shop in the alley on the left.
