★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふらっと「うな重 ご飯少なめ、肝吸い付」を食べに行きます。こちらのタレは甘くなく、あっさり。とても上品なお味です。鰻もタレもご飯も、ご主人と女将さんとの会話も、とてもGoodです。
 I'm going to eat "Unaju rice less, liver sucking". This sauce is not sweet and light. It has a very elegant taste. The eel, sauce, rice, and the conversation between the husband and the landlady are very good.

ご夫婦のお人柄もステキで、いつも幸せな気分になります。
お料理が満足できて、お値段もお手頃でずっと通いたくなる、なくてはならないお店です。
鰻の味は、大人が好む味かもしれません。
タレに甘ったるさが無いので、サッパリしていて美味い。
あと、サラダ、くらげ酢などがオススメ。

タレは甘さに頼ったようなものでは無く、奥深い。 正に秘伝！と感じました。
最高に美味しかったです。?

再訪したいお店でした。

店内は御世辞に広いとは言えない分
家庭的な感じでいい。
座敷は2テブール カウンター6席
高級感漂う落ち着く素敵なお店。
うな重は辛めのタレで香ばしい鰻と合う
皮がカリカリで旨い
う巻きはふわふわだし巻きに刻んだ鰻
白焼きはカリカリの皮にふわふわの身
わさび醤油で美味しい
お値段も他店と比べると安いほうかも
でもいいお値段しますが 美味しい鰻を
堪能出来ました。

綺麗で居心地のよいお店です。
ご夫婦、お二人共感じの良い接客でした
上うな重を頂きました
甘くないタレ、皮はパリパリ、普段私はうなぎを好んでは頂かないのですが、
こちらのうなぎは、脂が程よく落ちていて、さっぱりととても美味しく頂けました。
お昼の定食などもお手頃ですし、
またうかがいたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南丹地域では美味しい鰻を出してくれるお店として、結構評判の鰻屋さんです。
現在は完全予約制で営業されておられますので、密になることなく安心して訪れることができます。
今回は上錦糸うな重をいただきました。
タレは甘くなく、旨味の深い味わいで、辛党の私の好みにドンピシャでした。もちろん関西の鰻ですので、香ばしく皮目が焼き上げられており、注文してから焼き上がるまでのその香りで、ご飯いけそうでした。
肝吸いがこれまた絶品で、生臭いこともなく、程よい苦味と綺麗に出汁が取られたこの「お吸い」を口に含めばキチンとしごとされているのがわかります。
もちろん再訪決定ですが、今度は白焼きを肴に、お酒をいただきたいです。
ただ、車がないと行きにくいので、その課題をどうクリアするかが一番の問題かも。

The sauce wasn't sweet and had a deep umami taste, which was my favorite of the spicy party. Of course, since it is Kansai eel, the eel is fragrant and the skin is baked, and the scent from ordering to baking made it look like rice.
The liver sucking is also excellent, there is no fishy smell, and if you put this "sucking" in your mouth, which has a moderate bitterness and clean soup stock, you can see that it is treated as chitin.
Of course, it is decided to revisit, but this time I would like to have sake with Shiroyaki as a side dish.
However, it is difficult to go without a car, so the biggest problem may be how to solve that problem.
