武蔵野うどんを初めて食べました。熱盛を頼みましたが、いつまでものびずにうどんのこしを最後まで楽しめました(๑´ω`๑) 次は冷だね。 大で茹で上がり600㌘くらいとの事なので、オーダーは注意してください。 天麩羅もサクサクでコスパ良き良き。

肉つゆうどんの大と天ぷら(いか、かき揚げ)を頂きました。 てっきり、武蔵野うどんのような、茶色っぽく、少しぼそぼそした歯ごたえのうどんが出てくるのかと思っていたら、つるつるした表面で、コシのしっかりあるうどんが出てきて、ある意味期待を裏切られました。 うどんもつけ汁も美味しかったものの、他の人が指摘するように、つけ汁の器は小さく食べにくかったのが残念。1度にうどん数本しかつゆにつけられないのは、どうにかした方がいいでしょう。 それでも美味しかったから大満足です。

The udon and soup were delicious, but as others have pointed out, the soup bowl was small and difficult to eat. うどんはコシがあって、つけ汁は豚バラの甘味と塩味の効いて、私好み。つけ汁の器が小さめなので最初は数歩づつ食べます! 古民家風のお店も抜群ですね。
Udon is chewy, and the soup has the sweetness and saltiness of pork roses, which I like. Since the bowl of soup is small, I will eat it every few steps at first! The old folk house style shop is also outstanding.

流石の名店、異常に並んでいました。肉つゆ蕎麦を堪能。 大を注文したらとんでもない麺の量で怯みましたが、肉汁の濃さと美味さであっさり食べれました。麺自体の歯応えもすばらしく飯能にきたら必ず行きたいと思わせるお店です。かき揚げが売り切れていたのが残念。次はもっと早く並んで食べたい。

前回行った時は臨時で連休していたので、今回リベンジです。 水曜日の10:40に到着。 駐車場は3台の空き。ちなみに駐車場は7台分店の隣りに有ります。 Openは11時ですが、10分前位にオープン。 自分は4組目でした。 店は座敷の席のみです。 今回注文したのは肉つゆうどん 冷 並み。 とかき揚げの天麩羅です。 麺は、ツルっとしていて少し小麦の香りがして喉越し良しです。 つけ汁は甘じょっぱいく濃い感じで、麺との相性も良いです。良い出汁出てますね。 他の方の投稿でもありますが、つけ汁の入れ物は小さかったですね。 まぁ、少し食べづらいかな… やっぱり自分は濃い味が好きなんだなと改めて思いました。 かきあげは揚げたてではなく、冷めていましたそれはそれで好みは分かれますが、自分は冷めた天麩羅も好きなので… しばらくしたら、また食べたくねるような肉つゆうどんでした。

埼玉県はうどんが美味しい県です。全国的にみると県自体が都会であるからか、はたまたプロモーションが下手だからか、売る気がないのかわかりませんがあまり知られていないように感じます。 古久やは西武線の飯能駅、八高線の東飯能駅から10分ほど歩いた距離にあります。そこだけ時間が止まったような、まるで田舎のおばあちゃんの家にやってきたような懐かしい雰囲気の中で美味しいうどんが食べられます。 肉つけうどんが1番のおすすめで、並でもかなり量が多いようで、小、並、大、特と選べます。 注文してほどなくして到着した肉つけうどんは白くつやつや輝いています。鰹節を中心でとった出汁に濃いめの醤油つゆにより豚肉や白ネギを煮たつゆに付けて食べます。 コシのあるうどんはそれだけで食べても小麦の香りがするもので、つゆに付けて食べれば量が多くてもいくらでも食べたいと思うような、そんな美味さです。食後にはうどん湯で薄めてつゆを飲めるセットになっています。 こんなに美味しいものを埼玉名物として積極的に売り出さない埼玉県はどうかしている、と思うほどの美味しさです。それか、あまりにも美味しいのであまり多くの人に知られたくないのかも・・・と思うほど美味しいものでした。

平日の開店時間少し前に到着。既に開店していてお客さん10名程度が座敷で座っておられます。 注文は靴を脱いで座敷に上がる前に聞かれます。 今回は肉つゆ冷やし大+イカ天をお願いしました。 1人用の卓袱台に座って待ちます。 なかなか風情があります。 10分ほど待って配膳。 大の麺量は600g以上なので丼いっぱいに入ってます。 それに比べると汁は小さめの碗で豚肉、ねぎ、茄子等の具がたっぷり入っているので始めは少し食べにくいですね。甘めのつゆです。 七味と柚子がついてきますので味変も可能です。 麺は堅めですがもちもちしていて美味しいです。ちなみにもちもちした麺がいいなら暖かい麺をお勧めします。 イカ天は揚げたてではないですが4つに切ってあって食べやすいです。 この味と量でこの値段なら流行るのも頷けます。 ぜひまた伺いたいと思います。
