推しメニューではなさそうだったが、広島の汁なし坦々麺並みにガツンとくる辛さ。個人的には、広島は細麺なので、こちらの方がコシのある極太つけめんのようで気に入った。
調子に乗ってご飯を追加し混ぜて食べてみたが、余ったタレが多すぎてしょっぱかった。加減すればイケそうだ。汁なし坦々麺好きの方に薦めたい。
 I ordered the udon noodles that carry the bukkake.
It didn't seem to be a recommended menu, but it was as spicy as Hiroshima's Shirunashi Tantanmen. Personally, Hiroshima is a thin noodle, so I like it because it looks like a chewy and extra-thick tsukemen.
I tried adding rice and mixing it, but it was salty because there was too much sauce left. It looks cool if you adjust it. I would like to recommend it to those who like soupless tantanmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言うと、割高感がエグい。実際の定食があまりにメニュー写真と違い過ぎて、椅子から転げ落ちそうになった。実話である。
女性とのデート利用なら一品だけ腹ごしらえ的に食べて、左斜め向かいにある、お洒落なイタリアン『Mia Bocca』に行こう。
だが俺は、配膳してくれた店員さんに、「何かコレ小さくないっすか？ww」と告げるような野暮なマネはしない。
ジェントルマンだからだ。
そしてこの店を選んだのは他ならぬ俺だ。自業自得、そう思いながらうどんを食べると、またビックリ。
スーパーで安売りしてる、5パックで300円ほどの冷凍うどんより酷い。
麺がヒョロヒョロでまるでエネルギーがない、食べる度に疲れる。そんな食感だ。
メインの天丼はというと、まぁ普通。天屋のと全く味に感じる。
気持ちの問題もあるだろう。
例えどんなに美人でも性格が壊滅的だと、一緒にいたくない、そんな心持ちだ。
コレで1380円はビビってしまう。よくて980円だろう。
所沢駅併設のレストランフロアでこんな定食が食べれるとは、逆に新鮮である。
山菜も申し訳程度に、チョコんと盛られている。目の前の壁一面に描かれた立派な絵が何処か滑稽に見えて仕方がない。
まぁそんな感じなので、店内はいつもガラガラ。
ゆっくり落ち着いてはいるので、そこが唯一のメリットかな。後、水は水道水じゃなく店員さんの愛想が良いのが救いである。

うどんは美味しいです。
食べたのは豚しゃぶとろろうどん。
さっぱりして美味しかった。
所沢であんまり重くないもの食べたい時はここがいいかも？

I ate pork shabu-shabu and tororo udon.

前はもっと天麩羅のサクサク感があり
それでいて重くなかった。
天丼よくリピしていたが、あまり乗り気ではなくなってしまった。
メニューが豊富でよくやってると思う
今後に期待

肉つけうどんは美味しかったです。
駅直結なので、すごく便利です。

つゆはめんつゆでは無かったです！昆布なのかなぁ？と話してました！直接飲んでみるとかなり濃いのですが、うどんにつけると全く濃くなく、むしろ物足りなさを感じてしまいました?
鍋焼きの肉団子はとっても美味しく、汁も最後までいただきました！

Tsuyu was not Mentsuyu! Is it kelp? I was talking to you! When I drank it directly, it was quite thick, but when I put it on udon, it was not thick at all, and I felt rather unsatisfactory ?
The hot pot meatballs were very delicious and I had the soup to the end!

グランエミオ内の他店と客層が被らないようにか、主にヘルシー志向な人と、比較的高年齢な層がターゲットな感じで、上品さを演出した味付けのメニューが中心。
うどんはコシが弱めなものの、舌触りの良い丸い断面で、適度な弾力がある。個人的には冷やした方の食感が好み。
小麦の香りも弱めなので、出汁や具材本来の味付けの邪魔にならないが、うどんの小麦本来の味と香りが好きな人には好みの分かれる所か。
おばん菜という副菜や天ぷらなども普通に美味しいが、ガッツリ系や、味のしっかりした食事をしたい人にはあまり向かないかと思うので注意。
