★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広々としていてとても綺麗なお店です。展示品を狙えばいいものが安く買えます。会津は電気屋さんが三社ありますが、コジマがすきです。おむつ替えシートあり。ベビーカーでもスムーズに移動できます。コロナの前は遊び場があったり、ミニ四駆のコースがあったり子供に優しい店舗でした。仕方がないのですが、早く復活してほしいですね。
 It is a spacious and very beautiful shop. You can buy cheap things if you aim at the exhibits. There are three electric shops in Aizu, but I like Kojima. There is a diaper change sheet. You can move smoothly even with a stroller. In front of Corona, there was a playground and a mini 4WD course, so it was a child-friendly store. It can't be helped, but I hope it will come back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呼んでないのに携帯のセールスは一生懸命なのに、カメラで結構迷ってても誰も来ないし目も合わせない、結果なんのアドバイスも無い。ビックリカメラに名称変更したほうがいいよ。

接客係が年寄りのアルバイトで、接客が最悪でしたよ。此方から質問しても分からない事ばかりで、何故にこの人をコジマは採用したのか？分からない。この会社は、だからいつ行ってもガラガラの店何でしょうね
駄目な経営の店。
ビッグカメラが入っても駄目な会社何だな、元々コジマの店員が駄目だったので、いくらビッグカメラが提携したって駄目ですよ。この店は従業員をまず、教育しなければ売り上げが上がりませんよ、経営者がしっかりしないと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内を覗いて、ある商品について店員に説明をお願いしたところ、こと細かな説明を丁寧にしてもらって、とても気持ちのいい接客を受けて帰ってきました。凄く感じが良くて嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリンタを買いに行ったものの目当ての機種が在庫なし。店員に聞いたら部品の供給が間に合わないのでハイエンドの機種のみ置いて他はほぼ受注販売になってて２ヶ月待ちですと。
そんなものを２ヶ月も待ちたくないので同じ機種をAmazonで買いました(笑)
競争力がないですねえ。
