★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 消耗品の発注をしたくてカウンターに行くと、女性の店員さんが一人しかおらずしかもお尻を向けていた。「すみません」と3回声をかけるも無視され、最後は大声を出したら、やっと振り向いた。たぶんかなり高齢で耳が遠かったのだろうけれど、それでもカウンターで背中を向けているのは問題では？しかも、「は？」と感じで謝罪は一言もない。大声を出したから周りの店員も異変に気付いているのに「なにかありました？」と近寄る店員もなし。レジのところまで行って、用件を言うも、愛想のない店員で、さらには私が大声を出したときに目が合ったから知っているはずなのになんの一言もない。で、「ここの店員はすぐに反応もしないし、謝罪もしないんだね」というと「僕は言いましたよ」って言い訳。そういう返事がそもそもサービス業として失格なのでは？以前も消耗品を発注したのに、3日経ってもなんの連絡もないから聞きに行くと、「発注を忘れていました」ってありえない失態。レベルが低すぎる。本当は「星一つ」にも値しないと思う。

I went to the cashier and said something, but he was an unfriendly clerk, and when I shouted, I met him, so I should have known it, but there is no word. So, "The clerk here doesn't react immediately and doesn't apologize," he said, "I said." Isn't such a reply disqualified as a service industry in the first place? I had ordered consumables before, but I didn't get any contact after 3 days, so when I went to ask, I couldn't say "I forgot to order". The level is too low. I don't think it really deserves "one star".

町内在住なのでたまに利用してますが、お隣の大府、刈谷、半田の家電量販店の方が品揃え豊富。
遠方から来るのは残念ながらオススメしません。
