う	うるす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり前のことだけど基本的に売り場の人は親切丁寧。修理とかの受付カウンターの人は驚くほどの無知さで態度悪くて口も悪くて不親切で説明下手で、無知なクセに上から物を言いマウントだけはしっかり取りにくるし　とにかく人をイライラさせる天才っぷりは最低最悪だった。で、背後にでっかく「お客様の身になって親切に」みたいなのが壁に貼られててそのギャップがまた腹立たしかった。他にも購入して手渡された商品を帰宅し箱を開くと白を買ったのに黒を渡されていて　また店舗に戻ると白は売り切れてないと言われ取り寄せてもらったので３度店舗へ行くことにそちらの不手際で３度も足を運んだのにそのあたりの引き継ぎは全然全くされてなくて　謝りもしない上に更に周辺機器を薦められた。１度目の来店で買いそろえたからもう持ってるし　何度も来店させられてるし　とっとと商品を渡せーっ！と言いたいのだが　対応してる店員さんには罪はないので我慢して平静を装ってたけどそちらの不手際があって何度も来店させて、何日も待たせたんだから　きちんと引き継ぎくらいはしようね！引き継ぎしてないということは謝る必要はないと判断したと受け取ったから。以来２度と行ってない。売り場の人の親切丁寧を加味しても星はあげられない。１つすらもあげたくない。 It was a long time ago Basically, the people at the sales floor are kind and polite.
