★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりと、優しい雰囲気のお店。初めてなのでランチからスタート。本日のお魚コースは、鯛の香草パン粉焼き。
鯛のふっくらでしっかりした身に、ハーブの爽やかな香りがとてもよくあう☆サラダもコンソメスープも美味！さらに、パンはメゾンカイザーのバケットで文句なしの美味しさ。
次回は夜のコースを楽しみたい?
 A small and gentle shop. It's my first time so I started from lunch. Today's fish course is grilled sea bream with herbs and bread crumbs.
The plump and firm body of the sea bream matches the refreshing aroma of herbs very well ☆ The salad and consomme soup are delicious! In addition, the bread is delicious in the Maison Kaiser bucket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶴岡市内にある隠れ家的イタリアンフレンチのお店『レコルト』さんにお邪魔しました。シンプルモダンな店内に素材の味を大事にした料理です。庄内産の豚フィレ料理も美味しかったですが、黒鯛の一皿には驚きを覚えました。美味しかったです(^^ゞビールはハートランド。グラスワインも各種ありました。機会があればまたお伺いしたいと思います✨
We visited a hideaway Italian French restaurant "Recolt" in Tsuruoka city. It is a dish that emphasizes the taste of ingredients in a simple and modern store. The pork fillet dish from Shonai was also delicious, but I was surprised at the black sea bream dish. It was delicious (^ ^ ゞ Beer is Heartland. There were various glass wines. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前予約入れて来店。皆さんのクチコミから事前に駐車スペースが少ない事も分かっていたので開店10分以上前に到着し、近隣の迷惑にならないよう所定の場所に駐車。
開店直後に車の移動を促され、店舗隣のどう見ても駐車スペースとは呼べない、ガラクタ置場みたいな雑然とした場所への駐車を指定された。いやちょっと自分運転下手なんで無理ですと口実つけて断って、しばらくすると常連と思われるお客様が大型SUVでご登場。
客商売にもかかわらず、車の格で客を値踏みするというのはいかがなものかと…味はまあ合格でしたがひたすら残念な対応でした
Make a reservation in advance and come to the store. We knew from everyone's reviews that there wasn't enough parking space in advance, so we arrived more than 10 minutes before the store opened and parked in the designated place so as not to bother the neighborhood.
Immediately after the store opened, I was urged to move my car, and I was asked to park in a cluttered place like a junkyard, which cannot be called a parking space next to the store. No, I refused with an excuse that I was not good at driving myself, and after a while, a customer who seems to be a regular appeared in a large SUV.
Despite the customer business, how about valuing customers with the vehicle class ... The taste was acceptable, but it was a disappointing response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に入店。コース料理でしたが、前菜やメイン料理も含め、どれも季節を考えたものでした。また、デザートとラストのドリンクも良かったです。食後感がすっきでした。気軽に入れる雰囲気もいいですね。
Entered at noon. It was a course meal, but all of them, including appetizers and main dishes, were seasonal. Also, the dessert and the last drink were good. The feeling after eating was refreshing. The atmosphere that you can easily enter is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生日のお祝いでお邪魔しました。初めて伺って、一つ一つが丁寧に作られた料理で、どれも全て美味しかったです。2時間かけてゆっくり食事を頂く贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
キャビア、フォアグラと高価な食材の他、地元で採れる旬の野菜や鱒、山形牛のヒレ肉などが使われていて、特にばんけ(ふきのとう)と原木椎茸のスープは、椎茸のふんわりとした薫りと、ばんけのほのかな苦味と香りがなんとも言えず美味しかったです！
パスタはもちもちとした食感が口の中で踊るように弾けて噛みごたえ抜群。コース料理じゃなかったら、もっと沢山の量食べたかったです。パンも小麦の味がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。
最後のデザートでは、
プレートにHappy Birthdayと書いてあって、
おめでとうございます?と声をかけて頂き感動しました。
ゆったりとくつろげる空間です。
コーヒーカップとソーサーは、ウエッジウッドの可愛らしいもので、コーヒーの量は丁度良かったと思います。ご馳走様でした。
I visited you for my birthday celebration. When I first visited, each dish was carefully prepared and all were delicious. I was able to spend a luxurious time eating slowly over 2 hours.
In addition to caviar, foie gras and expensive ingredients, seasonal vegetables and seaweed from the local area, fillet of Yamagata beef, etc. are used. The faint bitterness and aroma of the butterbur was delicious!
The pasta has a chewy texture that pops and chews like a dance in your mouth. If it wasn't a course meal, I wanted to eat more. The bread had a strong wheat taste and was delicious.

It is a relaxing space.
The coffee cups and saucers were cute from Wedgwood and I think the amount of coffee was just right. It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当日電話で予約しランチしました。住宅街にあり駐車場が狭い。出る時に他の方に車をどけてもらわないと出られないのがネックでした。
ランチセットにしました。コースは前日事前予約だそうです。私がお魚、主人がお肉でシェアしました。デザート＋300円でつけてもらいました。おいしかったです。
太田シェフの何人かのお弟子さんのお店に良くいくので比較してしまいます。コスパはいいとは思いませんでした。BGMがアップテンポで落ち着きませんでした。

I often go to the shops of some of Chef Ota's disciples, so I will compare them. I didn't think cospa was good. BGM was up-tempo and uncomfortable.
