★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔恵比寿にあった時、このお店の美味しさは格別でした。銀座に移転してから久しぶりに行ったのですが、ミシュラン2つ星になってはいるものの、昔のコースの充実度からはかなりかけ離れたように思います。
大きく期待していた分、少々きびしい評価にさせて頂きます。
When I was in Ebisu in the past, the taste of this restaurant was exceptional. I went to Ginza for the first time in a long time, but although it has become a two-star Michelin star, it seems that it is far from the fulfillment of the old course.
I will give you a little strict evaluation as much as I expected.

素材の良さを引き出すこと。それを徹底してる。
料理のシンプルさと旨みにもだけど、宮代シェフの底知れない人間性に一番驚いた。
あれは人間国宝だと思う。
If you don't understand the essence of this shop, you won't know.
Bring out the good material. That is thorough.
Although it was the simplicity and taste of cooking, I was most surprised by the inhumanity of Chef Miyashiro.
I think that is a human national treasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年続けてフレンチの名店ミシュラン2つ星連続、料理はもちろん美味しい、オーナーシェフの対応もすごく気さくでいい感でした。友達の家族と四人で行きました。コースは一人25000、銀座の値段設定かなと思います。店内はとても暖かい雰囲気でそのまま座り続けたいという気持ちになりました。?
For 30 years in a row, the famous French restaurant Michelin has been 2 stars in a row, the food is delicious, and the owner-chef's response was very friendly and nice.
