★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元住吉にこんな美味しい中華を味わえる店があるとは知らなかった。エアポケット的に通らない道の奥に。綱島街道からだと手前の赤尾飯店さんしか見えてなかった。この道にもうひとつ中華があって50mくらいに3軒の中華。
ここはランチや定食で利用も当然、一品料理が美味いのでそういう使い方もある。2階に座敷があって25人くらい入れる。
前菜3品を先に頼んでみたら、チャーシューが煮豚ではなく焼豚だったところから当たりの店と確信。何を頼んでも美味しいだろうと信じて色々頼んだけどやっぱり全部美味い。
I did not know that there are shops that can taste such delicious Chinese in former Sumiyoshi. In the back of a road not passing like an air pocket. When I was from the Tsunashima highway, I could see only the Akaishi store in front. There is another Chinese on this street and 3 Chinese cuisines around 50 m.
It is natural to use here for lunch or set meal, which means that one dish is delicious so there are also uses like that. There is a room in the second floor and about 25 people are in there.
When I asked three appetizers first, I was convinced that it was a hit place since the barbecue was not braised but boiled pig. I trust that it will be delicious no matter what I order but everything is OK but everything is delicious.

２つ中華屋が並んでいるけど、こっちのほうが好みです。おすすめの料理は、よだれ鳥です。

ランチは生姜焼き定食と、ワンタン麺とねぎとりそばをいただきました。
ランチは杏仁豆腐つき。
今日のランチで美味しかったのはねぎとりそば！
塩ラーメンて感じなんだけど、スープが久々においしい！と思いました。
醤油ラーメンのスープは微妙ですが、ワンタンはおいしい！。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ちょうどに訪問しました。先客はいませんでしたがしばらくすると席は埋まりました。コロナ対策で席の間はアクリル板で仕切られています。
サービスランチのC：メンマラーメンの半チャーハン付きを注文しました。ラーメンは醤油味の澄んだスープで具はいっぱいのメンマ、わかめ、ネギ、縁が赤いチャーシューです。メンマは固くなく柔らかすぎない良い感じで歯ごたえがあります。チャーシューはロースハムのような食感。チャーシューという名の煮豚ばかりの中、ちゃんとしたチャーシューはなぜか新鮮に感じます。チャーハンはしっとり系。具は玉子、ネギ、グリーンピース、刻んだ赤いチャーシューです。杏仁豆腐は掬うと崩れるくらいの固さ。甘さはちょうど良いくらいでした。

Service lunch C: I ordered Menma ramen with half fried rice. Ramen is a clear soup with a salty sauce flavor, and the ingredients are menma, wakame seaweed, green onions, and char siu with red edges. Menma is not too hard and not too soft and has a nice texture. The char siu has a texture like roast ham. Among all the boiled pork called char siu, the proper char siu feels fresh for some reason. Fried rice is moist. The ingredients are eggs, green onions, green peas, and chopped red char siu. Annin tofu is so hard that it crumbles when scooped. The sweetness was just right.
