去年の年末に池袋西武に行ったおり、『今年のお酒は例年になく熟成が進み大変美味しくなっています??』と店員さんに言われ、いつもどおり4本購入しました。実は正月用のお酒をネットで注文したのですが、此方の発注ミスで届かなかったので、年末池袋西武に直接買いに行きました。そこで実際に試飲すると、確かに例年になく、大変まろやかで美味しい状態に仕上がっていました。私は甘口でお屠蘇のようなお酒が好みですが、本当に美味しかったので、改めて四本追加。柚子と写っているこの写真は、蔵元さんから直接今年届いたものですが、なんと鬼ころしが一本おまけでついてきました❗ 此方の勘違いにもかかわらず、蔵元さんには、大変粋な計らいをしてくださり、ありがたく感謝しています? これから1年かけて飲みたいところですが、特に今回の高山は、もっと寝かしてから飲んでみたいと思います。とにかく大変まろやかで、香りも良く❗フルーティーな美味しいお酒に仕上がっていますので、是非皆さんも、一度ご賞味ください。ちなみに高山をキンキンに冷やして、飲む少し前におろした柚子を入れて呑んでみてください❗ 上品な柚子酒が出来ます? あと贅沢な使い方ですが、明太子に高山に浸して食べたりします?すると明太子が芳醇な、高級明太子に変身します? それではまた。

I went to Ikebukuro Seibu at the end of last year, and the shop assistant told me, "This year's sake has matured more than ever before and is very delicious ??." Actually, I ordered sake for the New Year on the Internet, but it did not arrive due to this ordering mistake, so I went to Seibu Ikebukuro directly at the end of the year. So when I actually tasted it, it was certainly mellow and delicious, unlike any other year. I like sweet and sake-like sake, but it was really delicious, so I added four bottles again. This picture of Yuzu was delivered directly from Mr. Kuramoto this year, but it also came with an extra Oni Koroshi ❗ Despite my misconception, I am very grateful to Mr. Kuramoto for making such a very smart plan ? I'd like to drink it over the next year, but especially in this Takayama, I'd like to lay it down more before drinking. Anyway, it is very mellow and has a good fragrance ❗ It is a delicious fruity sake, so please try it again. By the way, chill Takayama into a kinkin, and put the grated yuzu into it just before drinking ❗ You can make elegant Yuzu sake ? ‥ It is also a luxurious use, but you can eat it by immersing it in Takayama ?
