★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほどアリシアに通っています。新しい照射機で毛細血管腫と言われるものができて横浜院で診察をしてもらいましたが「これは加齢によるものだ」「この照射機で出た実例はない」とはなからこちらの意見を無視したドクター発言と私物で溢れかえった汚いドクター室をみて、看護師の方は丁寧に施術をされているのに残念な院だなと感じてしまいました。お飾りのドクターにはお気をつけください。

詳細は掲載しませんが、契約直前の診察で、最初の説明と違うことを言われたため説明をお願いしたところ、医師からは「これ以上お話することはありません。施術はできません。お帰りください。」と言われました。帰り道でスタッフの方からは「医師がヒートアップしてしまって、ご不快な思いをさせてしまい申し訳ありません」と平謝りされましたが、人生で初めて、あたかもクレーマーのように扱われたことが悲しくて、涙が止まりませんでした。
設備や他のスタッフの方々は好印象でしたが、患者を傷つけるような医師が放置されている院には通いたくありません。
もしこちらを検討されている方がいたら。どんな理不尽や酷いことを言われても折れない鋼の精神をお持ちの方以外には、おすすめできません。

退会したいと伝えると、また謝罪もなく淡々と案内。
退会の際にローンの既払い額を計算してくれるのですが、それも間違っており、それを指摘するために電話をかけたら、最新の引き落とし分は反映されないシステムの関係でとまた謝罪なし。そういうシステムなら、既払い額を伝える際に説明すべきですよね。
それで、当て漏れの確認と退会のために来院すると、生理中は照射不可とのこと。また後日照射と言われたけど、そんなに時間が経ったら当て漏れ箇所分からなくなりますよね？と聞いたら、今日写真を撮るか定規などで測って記録して後日そこだけ照射とのこと。生理中にVの写真？定規で測ったところで正しい位置に照射されたことをどう判断すれば良いの？別にIラインなわけでもないし、Vでもお腹よりだったんだから当日照射できたと思うし、後日にするならもういっそのことV全体やり直ししてくれるとか。そういう融通も効かないんですね。全部そっちのミスなのに。
結局、3万くらい余計に支払いをして(その分は後で払い戻しされますが)、退会だけ済ませてきました。
サロンの3倍くらいの額するのに信じられないなと思いました。

It's not an I line, and I think I was able to irradiate on the day because I was hungry even with V, and if I do it at a later date, I'd say that V will be redone as a whole. That kind of flexibility doesn't work either. It's all that mistake.
In the end, I paid about 30,000 extra (although that amount will be refunded later) and only withdrew.
I thought it was unbelievable to pay about three times as much as the salon.

ゴリゴリマシン2回目の照射！マニュアルが出来たのか対応大変良かったです！「この部位は骨が当たりやすいので痛かったら言ってください」と声をかけてくれて、当て方も改善！適度な刺激でマッサージみたい…快適で眠くなりました…。
しかし脇と肘周りはかなり痛いですね…。当ててると痛みが集約してくる感じで毎度ギブアップギリギリです…。毛が薄くなってコレだから初めての方には辛いかも。

スタッフの方は丁寧で優しいです！
ただ照射の機械が変わってしまった…。
前はマーキングして1つ1つショットしながら移動するやり方だったので隅々まで照射してる感があったのですが…今(1/7時点)横浜院では部位全体をクルクル移動して腕何秒、足何秒というような時間式で照射する機械しか選べないとのことです。施術中も『これ担当者のさじ加減で照射場所偏るのでは？』と心配になります。
医療脱毛なので無いとは思いますが…。
低評価理由は以下
肌に押し付けながらコロコロするので痩せ型の私は骨が出ている部分も容赦なくゴッツゴツ当てられて身体の中から鈍い音が聞こえました。肩や足首、脛あたりが特に痛かったです…。
火傷しないようにスピード勝負なんでしょうね、でも痛かったんでちょっとこの機械は嫌ですね…。
1度契約してしまうと別の院では違う機械に…！は融通効かないらしいので、横浜院で契約希望の方は気をつけてください。もれなくこちらのゴリゴリマシーンになります。
蛇足:アリシアはVIO以外生理中でも照射可能なんですが、お腹側も押し当てられるので生理中はまずまず予約できないなと思いました。

100%タオルの上からコチラの体を見てきます。
本当に辞めて欲しい
体制変え終わりましたらお声掛けくださいと、
言われる意味！！目隠しタオルの意味！！
ちゃんと指導し治してください。
そして、施術するスタッフの方へ
すごく嫌な気持ちになりますしこの事で私アリシアクリニックが大嫌いになりました。これは、問題ですよ。

友達が通い放題のコースだったので、契約の際に「通い放題がいい」と伝えたのですが、「機械が良いものになって少ない回数で毛が無くなるので、通い放題だと料金が高くなってしまうから通い放題のコースはなくなった。」と説明を受けました。
「大体4〜5回で抜ける人が多い」と言われたので、そのコースで契約をしました。
VIOは4回中2回照射漏れがありました。
1回目の照射漏れは毛がほとんどなくなると説明を受けていたのであまり気にしていなかったのですが、4回目のVIO最後の照射漏れで気になる点が何個かあったのですが、「周りの部分は効果が出ていて休止期の毛が今生えてきている」との説明でした。
照射漏れの担当をしてくださった方は丁寧に説明はしてくださっていたのですが、契約時に説明をされた方と言っていることが異なっていたので、そこには不信感を抱きました。
特にVIOは毛がしっかりとしていてツルツルになるまでに回数を重ねないといけないみたいなので、すでに契約をされた方で照射漏れが気になる方はその都度連絡をするのをお勧めします。
また、まだどこにしようか悩んでいる方は通い放題のメニューがあるところをお勧めします。
私は、毛の状態を診てから何回で抜けると説明を受けたわけではなかったので、しっかり診てもらってからプランを選べるところがあるならその方がいいと思います。
高いお金を払っているのでもう少し補償があっても良いのかなとも思いました。

ここの男性医師は最悪(言葉を被せてきて話を聞かない、不備があった際の舐めきった平謝り、基本半笑い、患者の名前でふざける、医療用語を並べてきてわからないと言っても鼻で笑った後説明や言い換えもなくまた同じ医療用語で押し通してくる)だったので、皮膚トラブルなどにも真摯に対応してくれる気がしません。
客も職員も女性しかいないので典型的に気が大きくなってる人って感じ。
しかも医師が複数名在籍してる訳ではなく、基本この男性医師しかおらず不在の日がほぼないから契約したら最後。
過去に似たようなクチコミがありましたが、改善されているもしくは、個人の感じ方の違いだと思い来院しましたが、ここに書かれてる悪い口コミはほとんど合っていると感じました。

自宅からも近い為、初めはこちらの院で施術してもらいましたが不快感を感じた為今は他の院をメインに通っています。
具体的に何が不快だったかというと
担当の方が案内をしてくださり、施術をしてもらっている間は目隠しをしているのですが明らかに他の人の気配を感じて…
気になって照射していない時に目隠しをずらしたらチェックリストを持っている上司？らしき方がいました。
もちろん事前に伝えられてもいないですし、目隠しがずれた瞬間慌てて治されたのでそういうことなんでしょう。
初めての施術だったこともあり、知らない複数人に身体を見られている恥ずかしさと未だ自立していない方の施術というところに不安を感じてしまいました。
説明もなくこのようなことが2度もあった為、今は銀座、銀座6丁目院に通っています。
こちらの方が丁寧で痛みを和らげようと丁寧に施術してくださいます。
(人にはよると思いますが)
追記
久しぶりに横浜院に行きましたが、やはり評価は変わらず☆1とさせていただきます。
絶対に他の院の方が安心して通えます。
痛みは人それぞれなのに高圧的に説得されたり、他の院では避けていた黒子を照射されて変色してしまったり、ほくろのシールを剥がすこととシェービングが雑だったり、アリシアの商品の売り込みが長かったりと流石にもう通うことはないなと思いました。
予約はどの院もできますので、ぜひ他の院を検討してみてください。
