★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年以上使用したipadmini4のバッテリーが充電しても減り方が早くなったので交換してもらえるショップをWebで探していたらこちらのショップが良さそうだったので交換しました。
Webで予約して行ったのでスムーズに見てもらえました。
店員さんの対応も良い感じで交換も1時間30分弱位でおわりました。
値段はWeb予約で300円offがあって税込9028円でした。

バッテリーの交換をお願いしましたが、満足のいく出来上がりです。
前回は ipad mini 4のバッテリーがヘタったため交換をしていただいたのですが、今回は Pixel4のバッテリーが膨張してしまったため交換を依頼しました。
さすがにバッテリーは取り寄せでしたが、修理自体はその日のうち、というか数時間で完了でした。仕上がりもバッチリで、作業をお願いしてよかったです。
故障が頻繁にあっては困りますが、また機会があればお願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPadを修理に出したが、納品時にFace IDが壊れていたと説明された。。納得出来ないまま1ヶ月使ってみた末、起動出来なくなった。技術力が無く信頼できない業者です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４万円以上の修理代を払ったのに、1ヶ月で壊れました。お店に電話しても、なかなか繋がらず。。やっと電話繋がっても、保証書が無いと再修理できないと説明されました。そもそも、納品時に保証書が貰っていませんでしたが。。不条理な対応に憤りを感じています。

It was explained that even if the phone was finally connected, it could not be repaired again without a warranty card. In the first place, I didn't get a warranty card at the time of delivery. .. I feel angry at the absurd response.

追記:
修理1ヶ月で壊れました。お店に電話したら、保証書がないと対応できないと言われました。保証書もらった記憶ないのに。レシート見つかってるのに、対応できないなんて。
そもそも、修理終わったとき、face IDが使えなくなって、スタッフに聞いたら、最初から壊れてると言われました。その後エラーメッセージを確認したら、純正じゃない液晶を検知したから、face IDを無効にしたみたいです。iPadに対する知識がないなら、修理しないで欲しいです。
43000円と高い授業料を払わされました。

It broke in one month of repair. When I called the store, I was told that I couldn't handle it without a warranty card. I don't remember getting the warranty. I've found a receipt, but I can't handle it.
In the first place, when I finished repairing, my face ID became unusable, and when I asked the staff, I was told that it was broken from the beginning. After that, when I checked the error message, it seems that face ID was disabled because it detected a non-genuine LCD. If you don't know about iPad, don't repair it.
I was paid a high tuition fee of 43000 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPad6のガラスがバキバキに割れて買い替えるべきか悩んでいたが、ここで修理依頼して正解だった。他店でもう少し安いとこもあったが、1~2周間かかる上、もしかすると液晶まで交換になるかもと言われた。こちらにしたら一日で修理完了して満足。最短当日でいけるそうでした。
