★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術については不満はないです。痛みが強いところは声掛けと様子見しながら施術してくれるので助かっています。シェービングが二人なのもいいんですが、次の予約まで施術最中に尋ねられるのはさすがに勘弁してほしいです。こっちは顔隠されてるし身動きとれないのにかなり先の予定きかれてもすぐに答えられるはずがない。
予約も取りにくく、ただでさえ三ヶ月あけないといけないのに「半年先まで埋まってます」て。キャンセル待ちのことをきいてたら「1000人単位で待ってるんで〜」って言われたけど、こちらの知ったことではないし、そんなに人を待たせているなら一度新規を停止するなりして現在いるひとたちをきちんと捌いてほしい。5～8回、それ以上通うかもしれないのに半年に一度って、終了まで何年通わせるつもり？

「体調を見ながら進めていきましょう」と言っていただき、契約しました。
夏場など症状が悪化してしまい直前でキャンセルしてしまったこともありますが、何とか全5回、完遂することができました。懸念していたアトピーの悪化は無く、
むしろ毛を剃ることで発生していた痒みが無くなりました。
患者一人一人を気にかけてくれるところが、レジーナさんの良さだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顔＋全身でやっていて、今回3回目が終わりました。前回までで太い毛はおおよそ処理できていたのですが、今回終わってみると明らかに肌触りが違います。あと2回で産毛のような細い毛もなくなるといいなと思っています。

美容脱毛だとちゃんと綺麗になるか不安な部分があったから、医療脱毛で考えてました。色んな口コミなどもたくさん見てレジーナさんに決めました。（友達が美容脱毛通ってて、結局追加追加で同じくらいの金額なるって聞いたし）
一昨日1回目の施術してもらったけど、痛み的には我慢できる痛み。また、レーザーを打ってくれる際に「はい」と合図をいただけ、VIOなど痛みが出やすいところをやる際は、声がけもいただけるので心の準備ができました。効果的にはまだわからないけど、毛がポロポロ落ち始めました。次の施術が楽しみ！笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私がレジーナクリニックを選んだ1番の理由は料金が安いからです。他にも安いクリニックはありましたが、剃り残しがあった場合の追加料金や医師による診断料などの追加料金が一切かからないところに魅力を感じました。また、口コミも良かったのも選んだ理由の一つです。
契約した内容は「顔、VIOなしの全身脱毛」の5回コース。担当してくださった看護師さんはベテランさんですかね。トークも楽しく、でも手捌き？はしっかりとされていて、剃り残しがわりとあったにも関わらずスムーズに90分ほどで完了。口コミでは、看護師さんによって接客態度や照射に差があるという内容もありましたが、声掛けもしっかりしていただき、とても丁寧だったため、安心して受けられました。
脱毛効果については、1回で抜ける量が想像以上に多くて施術から１ヶ月以上経ちましたが、その間自己処理は１度のみで済んでいます。
今でここまでの効果を感じているので、5回目を終えたら結構ツルツルになれるのでは？と期待できる結果になってます。
1点、検討している方も多いと思いますが、とても予約が取りづらいです。常にキャンセル待ちです。でもキャンセルがあった際、すぐクリニックの方から連絡もらえるので。

VIOについては不正出血してると言われ、施術してもらえず一回消化になったのは不満。
その日に自身で何度か不正出血あるかチェックしたが確認できず。毎回そう言われたら一度もVIOできないのか...と今後も不安が残る。

当たり前かのように転院するのか聞かれた。
え？と聞き返すと、コロナで予約が取りづらくなっているとのこと。元々予約制なんだからコロナはあまり関係無いと思う。
よくあるが、契約時の話と違うのはどうかと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約が混みあっていて取れるのが先過ぎて転院することになった。脱毛サロンでよく聞く話だが、契約の時にそんな事があると予測していなかったので、3ヶ月二一度のこととはいえ遠くの他院に行くのは面倒だと思う。最初から8回分の予約が取れたらいいのにと思った。
