ここで手術を受けた友達に紹介され無料カウンセリングを受けました
カウンセラー？さんの内容はよくわかりましたがいざ院長先生のカウンセリングを受けたところリスクの説明もないまま手術を勧められました
私も他の病院でそれなりのお金を使って色々手入れをしていますがこんな不安なカウンセリングは初めてでした、こちらからの質問に向き合った答えを貰えません
挙句何をやったか聞かれどこでやったか聞かれたので否定も肯定もせずに病院名を出しましたらば、ああそこか、などと嫌そうな顔
こんな経験ははじめてです
受付も丁寧な人とぼんやりとした人とにわかれていますね、会計も間違われましたし待ちました
ごめんなさいもないですし
全体的にバタバタして落ち着かず院内も汚い
美容クリニックとして顔をまかせる気になりません
もっと綺麗で値段も安い近隣や都内の病院がいくらでもあります
プラセンタ注射はチケット制で保険と変わらないぐらいのお値段ですしお会計を待たずに打てるそうなのでそれだけは他の病院でもやって欲しいと思いました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤ニキビがひどく、なかなか治らず悩んでいました。。何個か医院をまわりましたが、やっと「ここだ！」と思える先生に巡り合いました。きちんと目を見て話してくださること、また「どうしてこの症状になったのか」「現在の状況」「今後の治療計画」に至るまでしっかり話してくださり、納得して診療を受けることができました。クリニックは数多くあれど、質問しにくいこともありますが、聞きずらいこともすんなり聞けて私的にはすごく大満足でした。星５じゃ足りないくらいです(笑)。通院まで片道車で3，40分かかりますが、これからも通おうと思います。こんなクリニックにめぐりあえてよかったです。これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他院で保険適応の眼瞼下垂の手術を受け、やはり二重にしたいと思い別のクリニックで二重手術を受けようとした所、目が開かなくなるかもと断られ、ダメ元で二重手術を受けられないかこちらのあらおクリニックで確認した所お引き受け下さり、とても理想的な二重にして頂きました！
看護師さんや受付の方も綺麗で感じの良い方ばかりでした、まだシミや肌の気になる所があるので全てこちらで受診しようと思います！

受付のお姉さんのメイクがケバすぎる人が1人いた（クリニックという場所に適さない派手さ。仕事じゃなくプライベートでやって笑）
薬の知識が無いのか、私へ禁忌薬を出してきた（医療従事者じゃなかったら気づかなかったと思うと恐ろしい。聞いても問題ないの一点張り）
他院で断られ続け、やっとここで希望通りに治療してもらえて感謝はしていますが経過観察が終わったらもう行かないです。

予約をとって来院しましたが、受付時間外と言われました。LINEの予約時間を見せたところ、診察し排膿処置をして頂くことになりました。ネットに「排膿は保険診療の範囲内で行っている」と書いてありましたが、初診料も治療費も実費でした。しっかり説明が欲しかったです。また、大きなニキビは気にしておらず、ずっと治らない小さなコメドの治療目的でいきましたが、排膿は対応できないことが施術後わかりました。一時的にできたニキビの排膿をしたようですが、排膿せずとも治るので困っていません。施術内容、リスクや施術後の手入れ方法も全く説明ありませんでした。また、他の箇所にニキビがあったにも関わらず、ニキビじゃない箇所にレーザーを当てられ、大きな穴としこりができました。
初めて行くクリニックで分からない部分が多いため、流れ作業で自由診療をするのではなく、説明とヒアリングをしっかりしてほしかったです。

There was no explanation of the procedure, risks, or post-procedure care methods. Also, despite having acne in other areas, the laser was applied to areas that were not acne, creating large holes and lumps.
Since there are many things I don't understand at the clinic I go to for the first time, I wanted the explanations and hearings to be solid, rather than doing free medical care on an assembly line.
